Okay I go in to this Dunkin everyday since the one time McDonalds iced coffee machine was down and haven’t looked back! The drinks are always better the the clown’s coffee across the street, BUT if the morning crew has KJ, Lilith, and Mallory working it’s above and beyond good and I am a customer now for life you don’t get kindness, smiles, and a perfect drink every single time. Had a worker tell me my order was weird and that he wouldn’t do it even thought it’s a refresher with raspberry syrup added. I’ve gotten it before at different locations no problem. I asked about it to the worker and he had a lot of attitude and now whenever I go there multiple works would stare at me until I leave.

Service here is awful, I stood in line for 15 minutes before walking out. I wasn’t acknowledged at all, 2 women glanced at me on various occasions and still didn’t said a word or take my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered pumpkin frozen coffee. The taste stayed in my mouth, it was so artificial flavored that it should not be advertised as a pumpkin drink. Threw them in to the trash, a waste of $13...went straight to Biggby!! But on a side note the pumpkin doughnuts were amazing!!

I used to be a daily customer for caramel Macchiato’s but they constantly raise the price when it’s over a dollar cheaper in Wapak or Bluffton. $6.25 is ridiculous for a drink.
