Ordered pumpkin frozen coffee. The taste stayed in my mouth, it was so artificial flavored that it should not be advertised as a pumpkin drink. Threw them in to the trash, a waste of $13...went straight to Biggby!! But on a side note the pumpkin doughnuts were amazing!!

I used to be a daily customer for caramel Macchiato’s but they constantly raise the price when it’s over a dollar cheaper in Wapak or Bluffton. $6.25 is ridiculous for a drink.

The girls there are such witches lol especially the white girl with dark hair who always had the Grey hoodie and worked sunday feb 16 at 1pm. She's gonna run that dunkin to the ground with her attitude. Going to 7brews instead. Don't want to see them everyday

Service was genuinely terrible, I placed a mobile order at 12:41 and didn’t get my food and drink until 1:15. Pretty sure it was sitting behind the counter completely ready however nobody decided to put it on the mobile order shelf. Coffee was warm at best and sandwich was cold to the touch. Disappointed because this is the first time something like this has happened at this location.
Manager was incredibly rude and nasty towards his employees. In the amount of time I was there he was yelling at a young girl nonstop. The amount of nasty things he said in a short amount of time is disgusting. The girl was running around doing things and he would keep yelling at her. I am just absolutely disgusted at his behavior. It is completely unacceptable.
