I have come to thus shop for 6 years, since it opened, usually the food is Amazing, but lately the frosting on the donuts is awful! I purchased a strawberry frosted last week and they had a quarter inch line of frosting on the donuts. This week the strawberry frosting was translucent. I'm not sure what's going on here but i hope it's corrected soon because I truly miss having the best donuts.

Ordered 2 large Mocha (Frappe) & 1 Caramel. Both Mocha were made differently. One had drizzle & the other didn't. Didn't even taste the same. Carmel had no drizzle or flavor. Tasted like a strong cup of liquidy coffee.Donut holes were not fresh. So disappointed.
Ordered 2 dozen donuts and coffee, everything was good.

The lady drained the last partial cup of coffee out of her pot and then made a new one to fill my cup up. I asked if I could please have a fresh cup She then proceeded to tell me that all her coffee was fresh with one hell of an attitude. I told her to keep it walked out. Stay out of this dunkin horrible service.

I really love this place even as a former employee of this place. It's much nicer, smoother and nice decorations. I still come in here as a customer and everything is still the way I remember after being here for a year and a half. I really do miss the old crew members though but the crew now is awesome as well!
