I've eaten pizza all over the US and this place is an absolute Banger.

Used to have the best, buttery crust. Now it tastes about like frozen pizza. Too expensive for what u get

The people that work there are super friendly. They don't have a bunch of people who work there so sometimes it does take a while. Everything is made to order and as fresh as possible. Whenever they mess up my order they always make it right

Called at 8:45 on a Saturday and they tell me they are done taking orders even tho they close at 11pm. So I try right away to order online thinking it's just lazy teenagers. So it accepts my order and takes payment and says it will be there in one hour. It never was delivered. Never got my food. They don't even open until 4 pm then on week days close at 9pm. The building had a car run into it and they didn't open back up for over a year. That little building couldn't be fixed in less then a year?? And then when u r there and pay with debit card they are still in ancient times where they hand u a clipboard with a huge receipt and pen and ask for a signature. It's 2025 why am I still signing for using a debit card. I think it's because they ask for a tip for u coming to pick your pizza up. Management needs to do better!!!!

The store reopened today in Lima Ohio. since they closed last year. So i expected a wait. HOWEVER after an hour and a half for delivery…I called and was put on hold and hung up on. So I got in my car…when I was about two minutes from the store…my husband called and said the pizza was there but they didn’t bring the sub. So I go in and no one greeted me. When I finally got someone’s attention…all she said was well look how busy we are. I said I see that BUT it’s now been two hours and now I have to wait for my food to be remade. The manager gave me a dirty look and was rude. . They didn’t apologize. Didn’t offer a voucher or a refund. And the delivery guys showed back up after 3 hours to give me the sub that I had just picked up. I used to order from them once a week. But never again.

We usually order the Italian subs or the Tower pizza. Both are to die for. Sometimes it can be a little slow as far as picking up your order. But you get that everywhere, due to people not wanting to work for their money. The people are always friendly.
