I’ve been eating Fat Jacks pizza for over 40 years. Every year it gets worse. I miss the days when I would have driven hrs to get a pizza from them. Now, I doubt I’d walk across the street. I like thin crust but not tortilla crust. It literally looks and tastes like a tortilla. The sauce is not the same, and the toppings are non existent! But! Like everything else , the price has gone up! Don’t waste your time here. Go to TJS or Curleys, or Limas finest. Way better for the price. Stop going places for nostalgia and once they start losing money they might improve the product!

We came for a visit from Florida have eat there since we moved to Florida bad service the food was not as good as they used to be. Waiting over a hour to get service the it took over a hour to get our food then they forgot 1 person order in our party. Didn't complain because we didn't want to wait another hour for food . What happened? This was on spencervile rd.

Busy or not quit skimping on the sauce
The food is always delicious, but whomever answers the phone is always so rude and short. Makes me dread calling to order for pickup
The dining room was pretty nice. The service was fast and the food was good.
Always friendly and good pizza and subs. We had salads you get a good amount for your money.
We really enjoyed going to fat jacks but after tonight we may not go back. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress then had to ask her for more drinks. It took an hour to get our food. People came in after us and got there food before us. Worst experience we ever had.
