Fat Jack's Pizza Spencerville Rd

Ordered a 4 item pizza Saturday March 1, 25. After eating 5 pieces. I was sick to my stomach, I should have stuck my finger down my throat, to get rid of the mild case of Food Poisoning!!!!! It was 1 of 2 things.... 1, the pizza sauce, or 2, the sausage!!!! I would not recommend this place to Homeless person!!!!! Terrible, God Awful. Thank you for a wonderful Saturday night!!!! Smfh

terrible service last three times I've been there messed up my order , how hard is it to read a ticket. This is terrible all your kitchen staff is on there phones walking around doing nothing. who's running your kitchen? they need to be fired I understand if y'all was busy but it's slow and I understand you got teens working for you but there's no excuse I'm a restaurant manager and I deal with teenagers also.This is the Spencerville road location by the way y'all used to be amazing id hop on indeed and find new management.

Pizza buffet is decent for the price. There was maybe a 7 or 8 minute window where there wasn't any pizza available yesterday during lunch

Went and got their pizza buffet it was gd just wish they would label their pizzas cause I can't have anything spicy

Went there with the crowd of family. The pizza was wonderful and the waitress was marvelous. Definitely worth the visit!

This is the most inconsistent Fat Jacks location. The pizza is different every time. Sometimes the toppings are adequate, sometimes not. Sometimes the crust is burnt, sometimes not. The carryout staff look like they are miserable and do not want to be there. I came in to pick up my order tonight, the guy working the counter never said hi, hello, how can I help you....nothing. Just stared at me. He looked confused when counting the money I gave him. When handing me my pizza he didn't say thank you, have a good night...nothing. No smile, nothing. It doesn't seem that the owner cares about this location as other reviews mention these same issues with consistency and staff. Sad. Recommend going to the locations on Findlay rd or West street.

As a black family to walk into an establishment full of white people they all stop and look at us....and not be acknowledged or offered alternative seating by staff, since all the tables were marked closed is crazy work. We felt the energy and walked right out. We took our business elsewhere!! Went to beer barrel!! I'm offended. There is not that many establishments here in the 1st place, but do better.

We waited for 1 hr for our pizza. 3 tables came in after us and got their pizza before us. They kept saying at first I’m so sorry it’ll be a couple more minutes. A couple more min a couple more min then the other table got their pizza and we still haven’t gotten ours yet. Then she comes back and told us the printer broke. Didn’t sound right so we left. Will not return.
