We asked and paid for extra sauce, extra cheese. We got our pizza and it had barely any sauce on it and probably the recommended amount of cheese. Very unenjoyable pizza, although the pizza bread was good.

This pizza is the best if you eat it at the restaurant instead of takeout. Takeout seems to always not be cooked enough like it's rushed. Depends on the cook if we get our order just how we like it when we done in. Love the salad and chips and ranch. Great place for large groups.

Stopped at Fat Jack's for the lunch pizza buffet. The server was wonderful and kept drinks full. I should have just ordered a pizza as the buffet had very limited pizza options the day I was there they had multiple of the same pizzas.. That was not my idea of a buffet.

Great pizza, love the amount of cheese on them. Sometimes, they get a little heavy-handed with the sauce, but still a great pizza.
Edit: I hate even doing this, but the last few times I've ordered from there it's just not good, anymore. One time, the pizza was puffy, like the dough rose way too much, to the point there was more crust/dough than sauce or pizza.
Another time it was pure sauce, maybe a light layer of cheese, but all in all, it was just terrible. Third time was not the charm as a lot of thr pizza was near burnt. Sadly, I'm going to take a long break from Fat Jack's. Used to be on point nearly every time, but after three bad in a row, it's time to step away for a while.

We now know not to go on a Friday. They were busy and under staffed. We waited it out though. But the wait wasn't worth it. The food sucked. Won't get a meatball sub there again.

Fat Jack’s Pizza on West street use to be the Best pizza place! Not after today! I ordered two 21 inch pizzas and both were too saucy and hardly any cheese! They should be ashamed of serving something like that! I paid $48! I’m never ordering from them again, and I will let all of my family and friends know never eat here! Terrible food!

Food was pretty good and the service was great. Need more draft beer options and some renovations to make the inside and outside atmosphere feel like less of a dive bar and more of a family pizza place.

Ordered a 4 item pizza Saturday March 1, 25. After eating 5 pieces. I was sick to my stomach, I should have stuck my finger down my throat, to get rid of the mild case of Food Poisoning!!!!! It was 1 of 2 things.... 1, the pizza sauce, or 2, the sausage!!!! I would not recommend this place to Homeless person!!!!! Terrible, God Awful. Thank you for a wonderful Saturday night!!!! Smfh

terrible service last three times I've been there messed up my order , how hard is it to read a ticket. This is terrible all your kitchen staff is on there phones walking around doing nothing. who's running your kitchen? they need to be fired I understand if y'all was busy but it's slow and I understand you got teens working for you but there's no excuse I'm a restaurant manager and I deal with teenagers also.This is the Spencerville road location by the way y'all used to be amazing id hop on indeed and find new management.

We come from out of town for our families Christmas dinner every year was born in Lima raised in Columbus Ohio... One of our favorite places to get pizza and the only fat jacks that we actually like including the waitresses and food ! Lol

My wife and I have come to the Spencerville Road location for New Years Eve supper for the past 4 years. The food and service was always great. UNTIL tonight. They were only 1/4 full. We did not get our food for one hour thirty minutes. And the waitress was very rude. We will never be back and recommend our friends to never come back. Several customers got up and left because of being ignored.

Ordered a pizza for Christmas Eve. I ordered it ahead to be ready at 6:45 pm. Got there at 635 pm got the pizza took it home and it was the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Looked like it was sitting for an hour before we got it cold and the cheese or lack of We will not get another one.
