Everything that I ordered was great, except for my margaritas and the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese were just ok. But the lime margaritas are without a doubt the weakest and worst margaritas I've ever had. After I brought it to our waitress's attention, she brought me out a different margarita, just as bad as the first one. She informed the new manager and he brought us some Fricker bucks to use on our next trip in. I had the ribs and wings, awesomeness. There was so much food that I had to share.

1st time at Frickers in Lima Pizza was very good. Ribs were tender and flavorful could have been hotter...wings were very good...Hot. crispy and sauced just right. Worth the price...will be back.

Got greeted by the hostess right away and got sat at a high top. The waitress an older blonde head lady was talking to a table 2 tables away. She then went to back and got something for them and came back out and started talking to them again like she knew them. She then went to the other side and waited on the tables on other side and got them refills and took them back. She went to the back and was standing by the order machine and started talking to another waitress. But still never said one word to us. But a family of 6 walked in 5 mins after us and was seated on the other side and got waited on immediately and got what looked like their drinks taken. Our waitress had 3 tables plus ours it looked like. We got up to leave and the hostess who was playing on her phone looked at me and I said we were leaving because we have been sitting here for almost 10 mins and no one wants to wait on us. She didn't say anything. They weren't busy at all and still couldn't waited on.

The job the waitress and staff did on a weekday evening was great. A friend and I both felt very satisfied and enjoyed the atmosphere. It is a nice alternative on the west end of Lima. After we had eaten some good food, my friend went shopping at Walmart which is conveniently right next door.

Stopped at your restaurant Saturday at 1230 pm for lunch , food was good service was great , our kids enjoyed the arcade while we ate , kids where excited about the prizes they won and was probably a little loud in the arcade/ game room , when a local guy setting at the bar started swearing about the noise from the children and explicitly expressing his disgust, your bar keep definitely supported him and his campaign as we where wisked through the check out process and basically forced out , my suggestion is take out the arcade and do away with the kids menu so you can support the local drunk and he will no longer be disturbed along with the bar help that supports him....Good luck Frickrrs

No surprise when half of them are always out back smoking.. orders are more often than not messed up or even cold. half the staff are junkies, look at the way they are acting.drips hanging off the tip of thier nose. sniffling all the time .. pay attention and look ..
Screwed up a 20 bbq wing order with only 10. Reordered and waited. Another order given in about 10 mins. While driving home, Fricker’s called and advised me that I needed to return as they gave me the wrong order.

They are understaffed and spread thin. I waited, and they brought our food out. My wife and kids' meals were there mine was not. I said something to the waitress, and she hadn't put it in. I waited for that by the time I got mine my wife and kid both finished their meals. Got the chili fries they were very soggy and not and even temperature all the way through. The burger I got was overcooked and had no flavor. Not go there for a good meal.
