Sat here for an hour never got our food. They was not even that busy she said there was only 2 tickets ahead of us shouldn't be long hour later still nothing. We ordered a salad and sliders.

They are understaffed and spread thin. I waited, and they brought our food out. My wife and kids' meals were there mine was not. I said something to the waitress, and she hadn't put it in. I waited for that by the time I got mine my wife and kid both finished their meals. Got the chili fries they were very soggy and not and even temperature all the way through. The burger I got was overcooked and had no flavor. Not go there for a good meal.

Took us over an hour to get our food. (Ordered chicken chunks and chicken strips). We watched 3 couples, who sat down AFTER us, get their food before we did. There are probably 12 people in here. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! ?

Food was fresh but service was poor. Waitress very inattentive. Food took almost a hour to come out. I'd eat from them again only if I was ordering online. I'd never dine in again. I'm from Wisconsin and traveling to lima to visit my son in college and was referred to try flickers. But ill Definitely never try them again.

Our waitress was good. "T" she said. She got all orders right and handled special requests with a smile we were a large group so the attention to detail was much appreciated.
Been there twice freaking chicken pizza once freaking chicken salad once pretty bad when you can't get a salad or a pizza right I will never go back to that one again they need to take training lessons from the one in Findlay Ohio because they know how to do it

Took an hour to get our food and people who arrived 20 min after us got their food b4 we did. Not worth the wait. Server was nice but we had to ask for things like napkins and plates with our appetizers. When someone sits down they should get those things right away especially when they have children and I had to ask for a highchair. I will not be returning!
