Getting tired of emails form Good Food! The unsubscribe link doesn't work. Tried to call... that's broken also, just forwards you to restaurants, Hitting 0 is a dead end.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone since Monday about a gift card purchase I made online. I've emailed twice and called, but the phone system doesn't let you actually get through to anyone. I want the gift card I purchased or I want a refund. This is ridiculous.

Took over 30 .minutes to get our breakfast this morning, just bagels. Saw people leaving because wait time was so long. Service is getting worse.

Complete lack of professionalism starting at the very top that infests the entire franchise. No accountability or urge to improve. Will be out of business or under new leadership sooner than later

We order from them weekly. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and drive thru pick up service is so convenient.

Today May 3rd,my wife and her 3 siblings went Beer Barrel on market st,Lima,oh.She came home telling how Bad the service was and Bad the food was. All of the food choices were cold. They decided to be quiet about it all because their server for the most part was never around.This is a very story for John Heaphy.My and her siblngs say they will never go back there.They went for lunch today at 1pm.Never thought i would ever have to complain about a Good Food Store.
