Long wait to order and get mediocre food. They were very understaffed relative to the need. The woman taking orders was also filling bags and running them to the drive-through and the indoor counter. She tried really hard, but she didn't have enough help. The tenderloin was not good at all...very soft and greasy. No crunch to the bite as a proper tenderloin should have. Texture was of highly processed meat...clearly not made from fresh meat. It made a McRib seem like...
I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon. Adding bacon costs $1.99 extra! I just wanted the sandwich and a drink, but the girl taking my order thought I wanted the meal. I didn't realize that until she handed me my bag and there were fries in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything.
Food was slow being brought out. I ordered jalapeño nuggets. There was no jalapeño in these. When questioned I was told they were made with a spicy cheese. There was zero spice to them. Very bland. Very disappointed. The attitude was that's what we are told to call them. In the trash they went. Probably won't go back.
