We stopped in around 1pm. All of the tables were dirty, bathrooms were dirty, vents in ceilings were dirty, window ledges were dirty, my cheese burger was not freshly cooked. The fries were nice and hot. We used to love this place but we will not be back because of the filth!

This place is not the epitome of fine dining by any means but that being said, it is a great place right off the interstate where you can get wonderful fried delights, like their amazing corn nuggets. I lucked out going in June where they had their gigantic pork tenderloin sandwiches on sale for $1.99 and they didn’t disappoint either. A much better alternative to the same old fast food places.

Love the pork tenderloins & banana splits from here. They're a must have when we come to Lima. Also love the diner look. Great atmosphere!
Spent 30 minutes in drive thru to get home to a super sack of half frozen fries! Tenderloin cold too! The food at bellefontaine after 4 is not good! MR HEAPHY you need to start stopping in the store!!! There’s no way you would ever find this food acceptable!

I got an order of onion rings and a root beer. The communication at the drive trough was bad. There was an echo or something but I got my food and the onion rings were HOT. And fresh!

How many bad reviews to you have to write about one place before they will actually do something. I used to work for Happy Daz, so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I go to the location on Bellfountaine my order is always messed up. Literally every time. Got a tenderloin with everything on it, it was made wrong, got a tenderloin add extra tomatoes and add mustard it was made wrong, got a 10 piece chicken fry, they clearly can't count because there was only 8 and 2 Dr. Peppers that were like straight water and that's after they didn't hand us our drinks to begin with. I had to say something to them. This job isn't that hard and for the amount of money I spend is it to much to ask foe you to get my order right for once?! But clearly management doesn't care about how shitty their service is at their locations. And neither does upper management for that matter. If I could give this location negative stars I would!

Never been to Lima before, was in town for 1 day. Had a great burger, great fries, and a delicious milkshake. Will definitely eat here again if I ever find myself back in town.

First time and last time eating there. The staff at the window was extremely rude. My fries were dumped in the bottom of the sack. The burger was on top of the fries. When I unwrapped the burger it looked like a 2 year old put it together. The paper was stuck to the top bun because it was covered in ketchup. One patty was off the burger and was wrapped that way.
