Order almost always flubbed in one way or another. Always out of sides. How the heck do you run out of your 2 sides?? And charging $4 for sides filled only 2/3rd full. Sheeeesh. Food tastes great when it's actually made correctly. The bagged cookies are mid. Heck, even Subway's decrepit selves bake their cookies fresh in-house.

I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s one of my favorite sandwich shops but this is a terrible sandwich shop and I’m talking about literally this Jimmy John’s on N. Cable Rd. The service is terrible. They’re constantly playing around and getting my sandwich wrong. This is about my third visit because it is closer to me, but at this point, I’d rather go to Harding Highway. I’m not wanting to leave terrible reviews, but I’m so disappointed every time I go there.

I never write online reviews, but don’t go here if you want pleasant service. Workers are rude, getting snarky with customers, and straight up have no hospitality. Only one who was nice was the guy working around 12pm. The girls were all very rude & mad when anyone wanted to pay with apple pay.

Placed an order on the app about 30 to close thinking I'll grab it on the way to work. Had the manager call me to say they can't make one sub because of short staffing 🤣 the time it took you to make the call I could put the sub together. People really just don't want to work. Either way know your night manager is refusing business and know I won't return #subway

Let me start off by saying: I LOVE Jimmy John’s. However, in the past few years it seems the “freaky fast” motto means nothing. Jimmy John’s was bought out by another brand, Inspire, a few years ago, and has become a gimmick and totally subpar. I ordered a #13 for delivery and I am one mile away from the store. As I write this review, it has been over an hour and my food still has not arrived. Rather than utilize a delivery driver, they pawned off the order on UberEats. This has happened on multiple occasions and is a leading factor in these long delivery times. I will think twice before ordering again.

How hard is it to follow directions??? I asked for a a sandwich and 1. I got a kids size and 2. I asked for certain items to not be put on and it got put on. And these people want 20 an hour!
I ordered sandwiches a little after 7. We didn’t get our food until after 8. I called after waiting over 40 minutes to be told they were out of bread. Not freaky fast. Food was good though.

Jimmy Johns is too cheap to staff their stores. They offer delivery all day but won't pay employees enough to stick around so they end up portaling their deliveries through Uber and Doordash. This makes delivery orders take twice as long. Stores also don't have a number for HQ to give out to consumers who want to file a complaint or have anywhere online to go. I called the store to file a complaint and they said I had to write a Google review if I wanted to try and contact the HQ! What kind of business is this?
