I stood in the lobby for ten minutes with no line at 11:08 am. I was literally ignored by the (4) employees working there. No one offered to take my order. This place is completely horrible for service. I eventually walked out.

Tried to order 3 sandwiches for delivery. Called an hour after order was confirmed after a few minutes the person who answered the call said that he tried to call and that they were out of bread. The number to call is on our profile so that was a lie also was very unprofessional on the phone.

I Love 💗 this Place really respectfully to the Customer. They helped U what ever you need they Greet you at the door and when you leave, it’s a good place to eat at very good food and just got hired for this job and Miss Maria was a very good help and she’s very respectful and a sweetheart and the Lord is gonna bless her for the wonderful blessings she did for me for my little family cause I gotta do what I gotta do for my little family. Corporate needs to fire whoever's decision is was to remain operating without any bread, I just got charged 10 dollars for a sandwich with literally no bread after being told that they only had wheat available and had to change my original order. Save your money and go elsewhere. I gave them back a star as at least the poor sap stuck dealing with this mess gave me extra bacon.

I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s one of my favorite sandwich shops but this is a terrible sandwich shop and I’m talking about literally this Jimmy John’s on N. Cable Rd. The service is terrible. They’re constantly playing around and getting my sandwich wrong. This is about my third visit because it is closer to me, but at this point, I’d rather go to Harding Highway. I’m not wanting to leave terrible reviews, but I’m so disappointed every time I go there.

I never write online reviews, but don’t go here if you want pleasant service. Workers are rude, getting snarky with customers, and straight up have no hospitality. Only one who was nice was the guy working around 12pm. The girls were all very rude & mad when anyone wanted to pay with apple pay.
