I ordered sandwiches a little after 7. We didn’t get our food until after 8. I called after waiting over 40 minutes to be told they were out of bread. Not freaky fast. Food was good though.

Jimmy Johns is too cheap to staff their stores. They offer delivery all day but won't pay employees enough to stick around so they end up portaling their deliveries through Uber and Doordash. This makes delivery orders take twice as long. Stores also don't have a number for HQ to give out to consumers who want to file a complaint or have anywhere online to go. I called the store to file a complaint and they said I had to write a Google review if I wanted to try and contact the HQ! What kind of business is this?

Girl who was on the line was clearly high on something, so much so that she didn’t put meat in my sandwich and then had the stereotypical stoner response of uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh when I asked for the meat to be put on the sandwich.

Whoever runs this franchise should be ashamed of there damn self at the people they got working and leading there team.i was texted for a interview to be a manager they scheduled for next day five minutes before interview I receive a text to reschedule interview okay fine that's cool the manager rescheduled me the next day and I never heard from her at said time of interview.Everyday I get on indeed and see y'all are hiring and you can't keep people I can now see why.

The past two times we ordered from here, they messed up our sandwiches. I asked for a country club with no mayo, and they still put mayo on it, as well as only including lettuce and meat even though it comes with tomatoes and, onions etc. Would not recommend.

Placed a deliver order just after 10am. By 11:15 the app still said "order received" so I called. They said they didn't have a driver and wouldn't have one until the evening. So they saw my delivery order, knew they didn't have a driver, and never called me to tell me that. Like really?

I stopped in as I was travelling and expected I could get a consistently good sandwich, I was very wrong. Walking in it was obvious the staff didn't want to be there. No one else was in the place but they made me wait to order while they goofed off with each other. The sandwich was made in an absolute mess. When I got back to the hotel to eat the bun was very very stale. Right to the trash!!! Not a premium sandwich shop

I have gotten jimmy johns for dinner 3 times a week for the last year since I moved back to Ohio.No more.This weekend they had a huge price increase that took my order from $15.50 up to $18.98So to gain a little over 3 dollars, they will be losing my business. Instead of being a regular meal item on my schedule they will become a maybe once a month item for me. Losing them $46.50 a month...This was a stupid move on this franchises part, they had such good business because they taste better than the subway and were comparable in price. They just priced themselves out of the market.
