To the manager there. I know that you are well aware that your soft drink lids do not fit for the last month. Why haven't you done anything about it? Yesterday I had a drink spilled all over the my car door and interior in my lap due to your employee giving me a unsecured drink lid. I won't be back and I don't recommend this location to anybody.

I order a sub a Turkey Tom with extra meat and I did not receive extra meat I have been eating from the same place for a year, so I know what the subs look like with extra meat because I get extra meat every time when calling the store to simply let them know that I did not receive extra meat I was not even giving an apology, but instead the guy was getting smart he was very rude. His name was Caleb and all I was simply looking for was a. I’m sorry for the mixup but instead of apologizing he got smart. Very poor customer service. Now they have lost a loyal customer

This Jimmy John's is way over priced. Had enough mayo for three sandwiches. Sandwiches are lack luster and flavorless due to the amount of mayo.
Save your money, go elsewhere.

Ordered the Turkey Tom and when I say slim to none on the turkey, the lettuce barely covered the bread and I only got three tomatoes for a regular sub. Mind you the Roma tomatoes type so you know they were small.
I even opened the sub in the store and told them that was my first and last order in this place.
Glad I wasn’t starving!

Whoever runs this franchise should be ashamed of there damn self at the people they got working and leading there team.i was texted for a interview to be a manager they scheduled for next day five minutes before interview I receive a text to reschedule interview okay fine that's cool the manager rescheduled me the next day and I never heard from her at said time of interview.Everyday I get on indeed and see y'all are hiring and you can't keep people I can now see why.

As a truck driver it takes a bit of planning to figure out how and where to park in areas not specified for trucks. Having done this to try to find a decent meal just to be met with a sign telling me the lobby is closed is pretty disappointing.

Everytime I order at 945 they call me back an cancel my order! This time I was in my car enroute to JJ. Manager called an basically said we don't want your order. We cleaned up early. We'll that's the last straw for me.

Wow, so I'm only in the area once or twice a year. Last fall had a horrible experience at this location and was assured from Jennifer at HQ there would be a $30 credit to my phone number. Went in to use it with some friends, the counter person smugly says we don't do credits. I explained and he said he looked up my number and no credit so I paid for our sandwiches. I'm done with this location.
