I stopped by yesterday with my husband we have never been there before ordered 3 specials and we got deathly ill, not sure if the burgers were under cooked or someone didn’t wash there hands I travel for work and have never experienced food poisoning until I stopped here

French Fries and Burger were cold. First I took fries up and asked for hot ones, she gave me back ones that were just as cold. When I also discovered the burgers were cold we decided there was no point in asking for a warm one. This was our first time there. Was so excited and was so disappointed.

This is the original location for Kewpee Hamburgers. It's very small, best to find off site parking and order inside. There's a drive-thru, but you only get 2 cars in line before it backs into the street. But the food is so worth it. Hamburgers are top notch. Fries are good, but a bit pricey for the small amount. Best value soda is the Double Large. Still have yet to try their malts, but one of these times I plan to. It's really the only place to eat in Lima. All other fast food is worthless compared to Kewpee.

We stopped in for a quick bite and the food was extremely good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the staff was very dry and not welcoming, which took away from the overall experience.

Everything was great, food and staff. First time at this location. Down from Temperance MI just to visit and experience this place. Fascinated by the history. Loved it the small retro building, amazing how well everything runs. Clean. The parking lot was a challenge for me, it won't be so bad next time. Lima's diagonal backing parking also was foreign to me, never seen this in sixty years. I'll most likely return in the summer when I can walk around more.

I visited kewpees for the first time this week. I got a burger fries and chili for food. This was one of the best diner burgers I have had. Cooked perfect and tasted amazing. The food came out quicker than any fast food ive had and tasted fresher than all of them. The chili was so good and perfect for a cold winter day. For the drive home I got a small malt and a pie for later. Both were excellent. The interior brings you back to the 60s and the prices do to. This place is 100% worth the stop.
