The food has always been great here. But the wait is absolutely ridiculous when you take into consideration that they have two flat top grills and are only using one to fulfill drive through and walk in orders. If they simply would use both flat top grills they could cut wait time down tremendously. Sitting 45+ minutes in the drive through is kinda ridiculous. When the lady and I consider Kewpee for dinner, we have to decide if we really wanna sit for upwards of 30 minutes (almost any time of day btw.) The food is always great, but the wait is getting ridiculous.
Employees very clearly have a listening issue. When you repeat an order, confirm an order and it’s still made wrong. Also, poor customer service. Great job.
