I have never yelled or been angry with a fast food employee, but today I came close. Instead I didn’t say a word except that I wanted a refund. I went to kfc today and I asked for a mashed potato bowl, and I said I also wanted a 4 leg meal and she stopped me and told me they didn’t have legs so I called who the order was for. They didn’t want it any more. So I still wanted my nuggets so I went back through to get them. She asked if I still wanted the mashed potato bowl, I said no. Then I placed my order and they handed me a bag, it was heavy and in a different container so I questioned it and said “I think you gave me the wrong order” and they assured me it was the right order they just gave me a different container. I trusted them and drove to Lees for the other person’s order. I drive 15 min. Home to find out they gave me the stupid mashed potato bowl. So I went back, they refunded me, but they made sure to ask for the potato bowl back. They gave cash back instead of putting it back on my card. Whatever. Side note- I ate in the place last week and all of the tables were filthy and I had to ask for a rag to clean one for myself. Probably won’t go there again because it’s not worth the bother.

Ordered a chicken sandwich which comes with mayo and pickles.... they forgot pickles which is the ONLY reason I went to kfc over arbys or wendys..no wonder the reviews are so low

I can’t even make this up 😭Went at 9:15pm ( they close at 11pm) to use a coupon to get a bucket meal. The guy behind the counter asked us if we were here for doordash and when we said no, he said “Well I only have tenders and side dishes” in a rude tone. We said oh that’s fine honestly , how many tenders do you have left? He straight up rolled his eyes and walked away from the counter and we waited there.. he never came back to the counter just chilled in the back 😭🤣Literal mood killer and the atmosphere is always like this when I go but I’ve never had someone just blatantly ignore the customer. Won’t be going back to this location

4 years ago, I gave this place a great rating with 5 stars. Today, that definitely changed as the food my wife and I received was very subpar. It's rare that I eat any fast food nowadays since cutting it out almost entirely 3 years ago, but I had a bit of a craving for KFC. Well, it was nothing but a waste of money today. The chicken tenders we ordered were in no way fresh at all. They were chewy and not even warm as if they were from the previous day. Also, $26 for two 5 piece tenders meals is absolutely ridiculous, especially since it was no no way worth that amount of money. Today's experience just let me know that I shouldn't have wasted my time with this failing location. I did not receive a receipt for my order, otherwise I would have left feedback on the website (as if that would have made much of a difference). I don't usually complain, but the money for the bullsh*t we were served definitely should be refunded. I don't know what has happened to this location, but I pray it comes under better management soon. This is beyond unacceptable!

I used to get lunch here once in a while when I worked in town. It was mediocre at best but usually edible. Came for dinner tonight because I had done a little shopping. I won't make that mistake again. Asked for extra pickles on chicken littles, I got no pickles. Upsized my meal which I did not ask for. Mac n cheese was obviously leftover from lunch. Disgusting and dried out. Nuggets were hard and gross.

I went through the drive thru 3/17 around 2:30 I got to the speaker and couldn’t even order a single item because the ordered taker was so rude i immediately left and took my service down the road.

What I ordered is not even 10% similar to what they give you and I don't know what they do but it doesn't even have the special flavor of KFC

We ordered a smaller size order and when we got to the window and paid. They pulled us forward. We waited over a half hour for our food. They said it took its normal time, with no apology or anything for this. It doesn't take a 5 piece chicken tender over a half hour. We were in drive thru. We didn't even get an explanation.

Employees are very rude. Asked to cancel one thing and they canceled the whole order and copped an attitude when asked to add on the stuff that I didn’t want removed and still only gave me half of the order really need to teach management how to manage their crew to be better to the customer. Very poor customer service will not recommend anybody come here.

Three piece original cold smells funny, super greasy, just falling apart deteriorating, My sweet tea taste, fermented and gross, Also got a three-piece tender with her some reason there’s barely any breading on it and it’s super dry and chewy come on KFC step up and make things ? 20 something dollars for this
