Waited 20 minutes to get the wrong side and awful stale chicken. Called 3 times when I realized, they never answered. Only positive is they made it right when I showed back up, but had to wait 15 more minutes for fresh chicken. Not sure what I waited for the first time. Also witnessed them mess up or forget too many orders to count while waiting.

I have been coming to this Lee's since I was a little kid. My grandma loved it, my family loved it. Quality has always been there, prices were reasonable, and customer service WAS top tier. After a few times of going through the automated drive through this year, I noticed the prices are sky high and portions smaller. Understandable. I kinda gave it the benefit of the doubt. But today my kids and I went for a 12 piece family strip meal. 40 dollars, and the receipt showed 4 sauces. Even after asking the automated robot for honey, butter, silverware and plates, I received none. Again, busy sunday, so even though no one was in line or even parked in the parking lot, I thought no biggie we can dip the biscuits in gravy instead. Lo and behold I get home and they threw the gravy in sideways on top of all my other sides... 40 dollars for cool, soggy chicken, dry biscuits with no honey or gravy, and a giant puddle of all the gravy all over my other sides !! It was a giant mess to clean up and as a busy blue collar single mom , I dont appreciate my stuff being thrown in my bag willy nilly. You dont even have to pay someone to take my order now. I don't think its too much to ask for the stuff to be packed with even an ounce of care. The whole point was an easy hot meal and it was all cold and containers smothered in gravy. We wont be coming back.

I initially stopped because my mom's name was Lee. They were as slow as they could possibly be. The wait was a bit much 25/30 mins. The chicken was well seasoned, the wedges crispy, the green beans even surprised me they were good. Let's pick up the pace people.

We were asked if we wanted a extra side because the biscuits weren't done...we said yes then waited another five minutes for them to make the extra sides and by then when I asked it was confirmed that the biscuits were indeed done lol

Trenches Chicken. I ordered a 5pc tender snack. It didn't come with a biscuit. The chicken must have gotten a BBL before they bagged it up and handed it to me. Literally the biggest chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life. I didn't get any sauce or napkins. I asked twice. The drink? 🔥🤏🏿

I ordered through doordash.... I bought a 12-piece Chicken box and a gallon of sweet tea. I really loved the food until I got to the sweet tea which for the first time ever I had the worst tea I ever ordered. The gallon jug says sweet but it was in fact not sweet.. this tea also tasted like it was sitting in the sun for a week before they gave it to me
Food was great terrible service in a month I went there about 8 times but out of the 8 times only 1 time the whole order was right last time I went &( probably won’t go again) made me pay extra for wedges because they messed my order up & lied he read it back & it Wht I ordered but then when I leave the order is wrong & somehow they got on board that it was only 1 side now who in they right mind only order 1 side but pays the whole price for 2 sides like then it’s all kids working there & the black people aren’t to friendly or understanding yes I’m black so I can say it

Honestly, it was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. My friend brought me in after he was done doordashing food, he ordered for me. It was my first time ever at Lee's, and I am 100% going back. From the amazing chicken to the amazing staff who helped me pick out something I would like. The food was really good, and it came out really fast. Definitely the best staff experience in a restaurant. I can't stress enough how good this establishment is, which truly made my day.
