Took us exactly 20 minutes to get thru the line.They were out of biscuits, and they forgot the dipping sauce (it was on the receipt).Would not order their livers again, but He loves their chicken.But the amount of time it took us in line, they had time to bake biscuits. ?

I had to literally throw the food away. It was to hot (Cajun) and spicy. Both the chicken and the gravy about burned my stomach and mouth out. I like lots of seasoning, but this was different. It was so Cajun spicy hot that my mouth was burning for hours after eating just a few bites.I called and left a message on the answering machine, to find out if they had two different kinds of chicken spicy or regular, maybe they accidentally gave me the Cajun version, or some one accidentally put to much seasoning in the food. I have never had this problem at the other Lima or Bellfountaine locations. I will never know the answers to these questions, because the so called manager never even called me back.

These people are the worst ever over the phone. I tried to call up and get some advice on how to fix an error that was made on my order and got the rudest person ever on the phone. She also said that she was a manager. All I can say is, if that is the way you treat customers over the phone, you just lost 2. Mayme they should get some re training from the store on Allentown Rd. At least THEY know how to treat people, especially when an error occurs. My husband and I will never go back to this location on Bellefontaine because of their rudeness and disrespect.

Lee's is simply the best fast food chicken around. Always hot and fresh. Their sides are tasty and the sweet tea tastes authentic (at least like the sweet tea the elderly lady made for me when I lived in Texas!)

Rude and slow.Order family meal asked for legs. Was told i would have to wait 10 minutes. Ok. No problem. 25 minutes later, get food. Go home open it, 2 legs in the whole 16 piece.
