I waited around 5 minutes in the drive thru before someone even came to the window. When I placed my order, I asked for marinara, but when they brought my food to the window, I asked for the marinara sauce I requested with my food, and the employee wanted to make a big deal because the woman who took my order didn't put it in the system. That is not my problem. Learn how to do your job. This is the worst little caesars I have ever been to. The staff are always subpar, rude, and their attitudes almost always suck. That, and I'm tired of the fact that little caesars keeps raising their prices, yet don't offer the sauce with things like, idk, BREAD??? Greed is an ugly trait to have. I'm about done with your bs.

Im saying this from multiple different time I have been.thier entire closing staff need to be fired and replaced, their attitude was pathetic, service was pathetic, and the food was pathetic, they have no care in the world about anything, the would rather sit in back ignoring customers and talk bad about customers..... replace the staff or just close the store,

The other day I went through the drive thru, and the light skinned curly hair black girl that was working had a stank attitude. She not only got smart when I asked a question, she threw my change back at me. I have also witnessed her throwing attitudes towards other customers as well. She doesn't need to work around people if shes going to act like that. If she's working I will NEVER return.

I always go through the drive thru and they are always right in the money. Food is always warm and so much better than it was 10 years ago. For just a quick "I gotta have" I like coming here.
I'm not sure how you're suppose to pick up your order when no one comes to the window and the doors are locked!!! Very frustrating! If the pizza isn't done, then at least say something. We waited for 15 minutes at least at the drive-thru window while we watched the workers behind us share a joint in the parking lot. This location needs to work on some stuff including customer service!!!

Don't get the Chicago style pizza, very thick crust ( which is a plus ) but waaaay under cooked an doughy... Lacking in toppings! But great customer service, just pizza needed to be cooked longer, an didn't check pizza till we got home, an had to finish cooking the pizza in the airfryer when we got home, cause was definitely under cooked!! An the pizza sauce cup only filled half way.. ugh!
