Came in Xmas eve and ordered my usual 6 pretzel pizzas everytime I've done it they were perfect until Xmas Eve they were not pretzel pizza crust they were pan crust pizza with the toppings and maybe 5 flakes of pretzel salt I understand why you guys got cheap on the salt because the crust wasn't pretzel. I have to say this time I came out of all the other times for driving 20 miles just for your pizza isn't worth it anymore. I even gave a tip then after realizing 1/2 way home it wasn't pretzel crust and they ripped me off of the salt that was suppose to come with it. I can't see spending anymore money at this establishment when I told the worker have a Merry Xmas he came up made sure I paid which I have not been able to not pay using the online app and pay at the store unless I go there and personally put in my order so that made me feel like crap then his exit after trying to be nice and giving a tip the way I was treated. Hope you make it without me because I can do without being treated in such a way when I bring my hard earned money to your business.

The staff on Cable road are wonderful. They're working so hard with no air in 90° weather I think this needs attention asap. This is how you lose good employees. They're not animals their people. I stepped in the store and could not breathe so I know back there with those ovens they are uncomfortable but still get the job done. Have a heart get them some air conditioning....
