Ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Had to wait half an hour. Kept forgetting my order, repeatedly had to remind them of my order. Seemed like the employees were goofing off rather than working when there was a huge line in the drive thru and people waiting inside. Would not recommend this Little Caesar’s, at least after 3pm

I was in this little ceasers about 6:15pm to 6:45pm ish today (4/13/24). I ordered two orders of crazy puffs and a garlic butter. The waiting area was pretty full and one of the people in there happened to be a doordash driver who looked like he’d been there for a while. There was one lady who was working the window and she seemed to be doing most of the work to be done. She seemed stressed and instead of helping her, her coworkers were in the back on their phones, dancing, laughing, talking, doing anything but working. She was super helpful and nice and made sure we got what we needed. Thank you to her and to her coworkers, try harder. It sucks to be the only one doing something. And I will add that we were served before the doordash driver who had been sitting there.

Nothing against the employees but I went to go pick up some pizzas from the Cable location and it took 45 mins to get my pizza out. I can’t blame the employees because there were only 3 people working and a line of 20+ cars. Props to the employees for staying calm and getting all the orders out though. Shame on management for this, either raise pay or hire more employees.

Store is dirty, staff is rude and slow, orders take forever which is not what this place is supposed to be about, they run out of food without informing customers until they get there and wait forever instead of just canceling it, it is NEVER a good experience here. Would give zero stars if I could.

This was one of the worst pizza products I have received from Little Caesars. Got a hot and ready pep and a lunch special. Both looked two hours old and very little cheese and over proofed. Would not recommend this LC to anyone.

Horrible place! Got there and hear the loud lady in the back yelling they don't even have my order. I wait another 10-15 mins and then the dude came up and said "can you move over so i can take the next person". I asked how long is my order going to be and he said "i don't know they're working on it" and then ignored me. The next person was told their order would be a wait also. What a joke of a business. I'm done with this nasty dirty place.
The staff were stressed out but still professional and kind. Great job guys!!

They had me wait in the parking lot and said my pizza will be brought out to me and I waited an hour and went inside to see if they were done with my two pizzas yet and they had misplaced my order.

I don’t know if it’s the app or the workers but every time I order I always get the wrong item, this last time it was the pizza, ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust ( whole reason for the order ) not only was it not stuffed crust but the whole thing was so stale it was like literally chewing a piece of rubber couldn’t even eat it, I love lil ceasers but I will never comeback especially after not being able to get a full refund after calling and explaining the situation.
