All I ordered was a coffee.
And it took 25 minutes to get it.
And I was the second person in line.
And when I got it, it wasn't even mixed up. And I didn't even get a caramel until the very bottom of the cup and it was very nasty. Everyone.
Was standing around waiting, creeping around the register.Register, waiting on orders.It was not a good atmosphere

Worse experience kid working register mumbles couldn’t understand him then ordered free fry with 2$ purchases got charged twice for 2$ then ask for no salt got salt went back get my cup I said can I get my cup he walks to register to charge be manager comes out said to him she wants her cup swear if didn’t know anymore think he on drugs Lordy had repeat my order 3 times then said just small drink got charged 20 cents anyways

Refused to make orders 1 hour before closing because they’re “closing soon” then they just answer the phone and hang up on top of it. Worst McDonald’s ever. For real.

The guy who runs this shift between 6pm and 10pm is a TERRIBLE manager doesn’t make any sense to have to wait 10,15 minutes for a DRINK the store is always a MESS and the workers don’t use PROPER PPE, that’s not a BLUE BAND AID and there’s NO GLOVE.

What’s the point of ordering ahead thru the app if I have to stand in the lobby and wait an additional thirty minutes to get what I ordered. Happens almost every time I use the app. The drive thru and door dash seems to be more important than indoor customers.

Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals one with only ketchup and sweet tea one with only mustard and coke zero. When food came after 20 minutes wait in parking spot are order became 2 quarter pounder with only ketchup and coke zero other meal was no mustard and coke zero

Waiting in line, was in the inside lane,two cars were in the outside line,got their orders taken ahead of me. Then they couldn’t even get my order right. This place has always been so slow. Try to avoid it if possible

My experiences here range from average to terrible.

My most recent experience was awful though. I ordered a large chocolate milkshake. That was it. I was with a group of friends, and I waited next to one of my friends for more 30 minutes. He was waiting on a coffee, and I was waiting on my shake. After about 20 minutes, we had to tell an employee what we were waiting on. I hate the fact that there's almost never an employee up front, but that's not this location's fault specifically. After 10 more minutes, we had to remind them AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous.

The other customers were getting angry at how long they had to wait too. And I could hear employees yelling at eachother in the back. Not a good atmosphere at all.
