This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to in my travels. I ordered from there kiosk that would not take my money then waited for over 45 mins before someone would let me pay for my food. Mind you I'm on my lunch break after an hour I still had not received my food so I waited to speak with someone to get my money back so I could head to work and the money was taken and I waited another 10 mins for them to come back and give me in correct change. Would not recommend at least around afternoon times.

I took my nieces and nephews to this McDonald's. I wish I would NOT have! I wish I went to a different one but this one was the closest. There was one gentleman that was in his apron (could have been off the clock) that was sleeping in a chair! Numerous Dirty tables, that's had cups and food all over them. Floor was sticky and had pop stains by the entrance! Sandwiches were so sloppy they were falling out of the bun and there was a hair in the spicy chicken sandwich. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

Man, I got a steak egg and cheese bagel. Not only was the sandwich made terribly with the egg an steak sticking out to one side but the steak patty was like super super salty. Idk what they did but it was soooo salty.

My family and I came here for lunch, the service that we received along with more than half the rest of the entablements customers was beyond terrible, none of the employees were kind, they were all rude, had no manners, talked disrespectfully to the customers, were talking foul and cussing behind the counter. it was over all the WORST experience I've ever had at a McDonalds, not to mention our meals were wrong, cold, burgers over cooked, and had to wait over 45 mins for them. I will never go back, yall need to do better!!!

Food was fine, but needs a major upping in employees. Went in to eat before my partner had to go to the bus stop. Waited over half an hour for our food. Didn't get our drinks or pies. This is very disappointing coming from a former mcdonalds employee. Do better.
I actually just stopped in to use the restroom, but I wish I’d never did. That bathroom is the worst bathroom I’ve ever stepped foot in. And I work at Taco Bell in management so you should know that I’ve seen some disturbing bathrooms. Sadly, I had to go bad. I didn’t even touch the toilet seat when I went. I went to go wash my hands and almost had a heart attack. Literally blood in the sink holy crap so I go tell the girl that’s wearing a yellow bright vest that was already picking up trays in the lobby and she literally told me she cleaned that bathroom 15 minutes ago.. I opened my mouth wide and was like no you didn’t not your boss. I’m not trying to tell you what to do, but you’re full of crap. That bathroom hasn’t been clean in a week. Was just trying to give a heads up About what I found in the bathroom. Women, diapers, full to the top at least six diapers in there, Not to mention and open bloody panty liner sitting right beside the toilet and two dirty underwear y’all need to take a shower, Lima do better

The drive-through was packed with about 10-12 cars when we arrived, so we decided to head inside the lobby to make this quick order. We used the kiosk, got the order, and checked the order. The order was spot on and was received very fast! Great job Team Macdonald's!!!
