I don’t think I’ve came to this McDonald’s once without having to wait in a drive through spot. A small double cheeseburger meal takes at least 10 minutes every single time. Every other McDonald’s is almost instant. Is anything happening inside the kitchen? Forgets sauce almost every order

Honestly i don't ever leave reviews but this place sucks always telling you to pull over and wait at the 3th window or .y order is always messed up or I leave with someone else food ! Get together.

The servers are friendly enough but if you are a DoorDasher know that this location won't give you a complimentary water. You can get a free sandwich every day just from clipping your Dasher card they give you but they won't let you have a cup of water while you deliver their food. I understand they don't have to give me a cup of water so I can take my medicine, but it does seem a bit petty that they can't even give you a child size cup.

Frappe machine not working as usual. Forgot to give us our fudge sundae. Never went back to get it. This store seems very unorganized and the employees are getting confused a lot in the damn drive thru and can be very rude. This store is really bad for making mistakes it's unreal. Will not go back to this store it's ridiculous.

Never ate here but went in to use the restroom and thats all that I needed, this place can crumble down like the rest, Had a crackhead staring at me when I was parked and the restroom sinks were the dirtiest they could get. Covered in hair, what seems to be mold and grime, feces all over the toilet seat,
Staff is really nice sandwiches were hot French fries were cold just won't order fries anymore

Just walked into this restaurant at about 8:15 this morning, although it was Misty outside when I walked in the second door you could not see a wet floor sign a guy held a door for me and I went straight down..! The floor looked like it was mopped with grease and felt like it.. you could basically skate across it with the best tread on your shoes! Nobody offered to help me up from the counter, I even told the manager and she didn't even take a incident report! There also a Lima cop sitting in the corner who didn't even get out of her seat!
