I want to tell you all that the people who work at this McDonald's are ALL amazing. I have cancer and leaving the house once a day for my Mocha Frappuccino... it's the highlight in a hard time of my life, the smiles from them and the amazingly delicious care China (a wonderfully nice employee) always makes it the best. Thank you to all the wonderful compassionate people who work here... thank you for always asking me how I feel and just putting positive vibes in my life when I need it most.

This place is a joke! They can’t get your order right and they are rude. I called 20 minutes prior to bringing my kids to have lunch and play in the playplace, to make sure they were open. They stated that the playplace was open and didn’t close until 8pm. We get here, order our food, and go to head to the play area. One of the workers stop me and tell me it’s closed for cleaning. I literally just called to confirm it was open and was told it was?! We then sit down to eat and my son has to go to the bathroom. Guess what! Both of their restrooms are closed and there’s no where to go potty. Wouldn’t you think that they would clean prior to the store opening??? My kids are now heartbroken and upset. Thanks a lot McDonalds!

The playland has the most inconsistent hours. Several times we’ve tried going around lunch on rainy days so the kids could let out some energy and it’s blocked off. The wait is always very long. At least 30 minutes no matter how busy it is. Last time I stood at the counter to ask for ketchup because the lobby was out and waited 20 minutes for someone to notice me. And the food is always messed up. The wait would be tolerable if we didn’t have to get our food fixed every time and wait even longer.

Playland was open well into the dark hours despite employees being fully aware lights did not work. Jungle gyms and the dark just don't seem like they would mix. We stayed still because it was for a birthday party. Food was extremely late and had to be remade. Things tasted like they were redipped aka warmed in the grease. Manager was screaming at employees very loudly.
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible doors. Doors should open inward but do not. Bathrooms do have a handicap stall although larger motorized chairs may struggle. Foots are heavy in terms of pushing. Other than that fairly accessible.
