10:30 come around, a full 11 minutes later, still no order taking. Guy next to me kept looking to see if I was getting my order, I wish. We sat for a few more snd finally gave up. People behind pulled forward, I went to taco bell, while waiting on my roder watched four sets of cars pull up, wait pull to the McDonald's window, look in and drive away.
I saw them in McDonald's, guess they just rather get ready for New Year's Eve, I get it, but this has happened other times too. You guys really are bad at this.

I just saw on Facebook where supposedly they stopped making pennies. And so stealing extra money is what they decided? I am boycotting for my 2 cents okay that's a new York penny and I mostly eat at home. They lie alot about stamps won't come and when the government shutdown my stamps worked fine. So I don't know what McDonald's if any is displayed it but if that's that then I have to not eat anything because of the concept that it's so overpriced and they want to steal two cents and so I don't know if that's the case or not because they are always lying. I am genuinely curious as to who was responsible for letting this personal cook, yet alone be responsible for handling customer complaints when they give you a raw burger, yes, a RAW burger!!! Called about what happened, not once but twice got hung up on and then they refused to answer the phone!!! Then to come back to this location, to not even be told sorry for what happened!!!! Y'all are out of your minds for thinking that any of this is acceptable!!!! You are the face of that company, and to be disrespectful that can't and won't acknowledge that what you did and how handled the situation was entirely inappropriate!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for not having integrity yet alone some human decency to take care of a situation that you all carelessly took care of.

Every time I attempt to get lunch from this place or at any time should I say I will wait a good 5 min at the speaker they do not address you nor do they have any sense of urgency. Fast food in lima ohio is slower than going to a dine in restaurant. Sad the poor work ethic of this town.
