Workers need to pay attention & look at the receipt. I waited for 3min after getting my food. I thought they may of forgot the shake but not it was never made. Because of this I was 10min late to WORK!!!! GET IT TO GATHER.

Don’t bother with curbside. We use it bc our dually to big for drive thru lanes. Slow. Never come out. You have to end up going in yourself after 20 mins and getting even though no one in line inside alot at drive thru. Really poor service.
the rudest mcdonald’s by far lol. gone to this place so many times over the years. constant bad service, they miss a part of my order, rude employees, or the inside is dirty and sticky. the playhouse is so gross. no napkins is also an often thing as someone else mentioned, idk why. the other night i ordered a few things. when i paid, the woman was on the phone??she didn’t acknowledge me and didn’t ask if i wanted my receipt. I said thank you, then she talked more on the phone and shut the window. pulled forward, the guy at the next window just looked at me then walked off, came back a minute later, and handed me my food without saying anything lol. i said thank you, again, shut the window with nothing. this has happened multiple times with different people. they were about the same age as me, when i worked a drive thru a couple years ago i always made sure to be polite it’s not hard to say “have a good night”, no matter the mood!a few employees are always sweet and will ask u how ur day is, i appreciate them! there’s always one woman in the morning that always makes conversation.Kid-friendliness: The place is not well cleaned, the play area is sticky and grossWheelchair accessibility: there’s a lot of spots for handicap parking, and places to sit inside

It was a trip to dine here and my 89 yr old mom went through culture shock. We ordered up front since I had cash and not sure if I could use it with kiosk. Worker didn't seem to know what a hot coffee was but the main problem was they gave us 3 coffees when I only ordered 2 so didn't recognize the order when they were making it even though it was mine. I also didn't get a receipt so any called out number representing my order meant nothing to me. ( everything is in sacks instead of trays even if you are dining in).After everybody got their order and left , I was still standing there. No employee approached me, so I finally realized that was our order that was on the counter for 15 minutes at least with the extra drink that threw me off. This is just the beginning. Went back up to get creamers when there wasn't any in coffee to realize they put it in the ones we ordered just not the extra coffee they made by mistake.

Did not receive some items and when asked about missing items the employee at the window said there was nothing they could do. Also did not provide or ask if I wanted a receipt. When we asked for the receipt they said they couldn't get it from their window and just moved on to their next order. The food was also not warm from the get go. Will spend the extra drive time to go somewhere different next time to get a better experience.

Went there tonight and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken sandwich, and 2 small fries, paid, and was asked to pull over and wait, no problem.So I waited for about 10 minutes, kid walks up, and said, "You got the double and two spicy chicken sandwiches?" Said no, ordered 2 doubles, a chicken, 2 small fries, "oh yeah, my bad, that's what this is" I knew I should have checked the bag, being tired, half asleep, and just wanting to eat and go to bed, I just went home. But something in how he just said, "Oh yeah, my bad, that's what this is." It made me know it wasn't going to be what I ordered.Of course, I get home and sure AF it's 1 cheeseburger, two spicy chicken with cheese, and 1 value fry. And the double isn't even a double, it's a cheeseburger dressed up as a Big Mac, not even sure WTH that's supposed to be. And of course, the fries were super cold, and I live 2 minutes away. I could call or go back, but there's zero reason at this point, only to have to explain, wait longer, and probably still get it wrong. So I'll just eat pizza rolls, I knew I should have just gone to the friggin store and cooked for myself instead of having this place do it. Almost every single time.
