have had minor issues before but nothing without an easy fix. just ate the most delicious quarter pounder meal here today. burger was cooked perfectly, nicely melted cheese, fantastic bun, hot fries with just the right amount of salt and a sprite to wash it down. phenomenal

Employees are ratchet and unfriendly. Food is never even slightly warm The fries are basically salt with a side of fries. They literally wont put lettuce on ANYTHING but the snackwrap .... Why bring a menu item back but not account for the condiment usage

This place is absolutely terrible and needs to be shut down. They move slower than molasses. I hear all this talking but not a lot of working. Several people waiting on their meals two little girls get their meals before us we've placed our order 5 minutes before them. Our order comes up on the screen as ready have to wait another 8 minutes, only for the fries to be cold. Even after the wait. Burger actually kind of good but still mediocre. The inside not clean. Paper and old straw wrappers on the table. No soap in the bathroom. Which makes me question if the employee's are washing their hands. Overall it's probably the second worse in town. DO NOT GO HERE it doesn't take that long to drive to the other ones in town

Long wait. Give me the wrong prices. Left and went to market Street location no problems at all. Couldn't use my deal in the app though because they took it at the cable road location.
Come here if you don’t want the sauce that you ordered, if you want the onions on your burger that you requested not to have, and if you enjoy wasting your time to get the correct items and at the end of it all… cold food! Oh and sweet tea, forget it. Better have sugar at home.

Consistently one of the slowest locations I have ever been to, waited 30 minutes on a single sandwich and the staff was busy arguing about what orders should be where instead of fixing that they were several orders behind and had customers waiting 20-30 minutes both inside and at the drive through.

Never been so mistreated. We actually were there using a survey BOGO from stellar dat shift service. Nite crew? Never again. No condiments, salt, pepper, napkins anywhere to be found. Bag tossed on rhe carry out stand with no have a nice day, no verbal interaction pefiod tossed and walked away. I asked twice for help ignored me and two other workermen waiting too long in the lobby. Sevond gentlemen said must be all trainees left bg as it's taking. Nothing in ghe bag but food. No straws, napkins, carsup, sclt, pepper for fries. Total opposite of my last three visits. I had my wife seated in the dining room. Twenty minutes extra tume became tense 30 minutes. Crew was pretty loud, nothing like days when mgr had control. Not a pleasant time yo eat. I reached behind counter to get things, then she reacted, she actually took things out of my hands, said i cant have them. Never been treated like that in over fifety years Golden arches. I actually drove by Elida road store because duting thecday North Cablecwas better. Never again. Dumped the app, keep your chicagoway service. Wendy's and arbys are right down the road.
