I ordered from curbside pickup I waited for 45 minutes and then I went in not busy at all just standing there do not go to this McDonalds

DONT do curbside. I sat in that spot for 30 minutes, never got my food. Went to the drive through they said I wasn’t in the spot so they left it on the counter. My food was cold.

THE WOOOORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. I seriously don’t know why I keep giving them chances, it’s Elida Rd only from here on out. You will waste your life away sitting in the drive thru for minutes and minutes and minutes on end. And god forbid something is wrong with your order, because going inside takes another half hour of your life away. From the back kitchen, they all watch you and make faces like you’re stupid for wanting to be helped at the counter. They will straight up ignore you until you honestly just wanna leave, take the L and never return. Horrible, god-awful service. I’ll gladly take the extra couple minutes driving down the road to the Elida Rd location.

waited for an hour to not even get my food whats this they offered a refund then when i came to the window no one came to the window for 10 mins so i left because i already was waiting in line for 30 mins and i ordered it online 20 minutes before i show up to get the food

Food is ok if you can get it correctly or on time. Staff talks too much gossip in the back for everyone to hear and final straw was this evening the lobby doors were locked before 8pm on a Thursday randomly while having a mile long drive thru line. Where management on this one? This ain't necessary the employees but a upper management issue I can't see how they don't notice these issues or haven't heard of them.

INSANELY SLOW. How can you call this fast food. It took 55 minutes to get ONE QUARTER POUNDER. They didn’t even give me my quarter pounder. I got a disgusting single cheeseburger. There were 5 people in the store and they were completely ignored for over an hour as employees focused on the drive through. Management needs improvement. The workers instructed multiple people in the drive-through to pull forward… just to let them sit there for about 40 minutes while they were talking and arguing in the back. They had cars reversing out of the drive-through. This place needs to be shut down.

have had minor issues before but nothing without an easy fix. just ate the most delicious quarter pounder meal here today. burger was cooked perfectly, nicely melted cheese, fantastic bun, hot fries with just the right amount of salt and a sprite to wash it down. phenomenal

Employees are ratchet and unfriendly.
Food is never even slightly warm
The fries are basically salt with a side of fries.
They literally wont put lettuce on ANYTHING but the snackwrap .... Why bring a menu item back but not account for the condiment usage

This place is absolutely terrible and needs to be shut down. They move slower than molasses. I hear all this talking but not a lot of working. Several people waiting on their meals two little girls get their meals before us we've placed our order 5 minutes before them. Our order comes up on the screen as ready have to wait another 8 minutes, only for the fries to be cold. Even after the wait. Burger actually kind of good but still mediocre. The inside not clean. Paper and old straw wrappers on the table. No soap in the bathroom. Which makes me question if the employee's are washing their hands. Overall it's probably the second worse in town. DO NOT GO HERE it doesn't take that long to drive to the other ones in town

My mother asked if she could buy a hash brown n instead he said no we don't have any . Right after he said that we seen them grab 5 hashbrowns n eat them.plus a while wait for a drink
