Was told to pull to spot 3 coz they were waiting on fresh fries. Well if your gonna pull me an say something is gonna be fresh don't have them come out brown an cold like they were cooked in old oil an sat for 10 minutes. Every single pattie on the double(3 mcdoubles) was literally burnt black!!! The nuggets were cold an stail and the drinks even were watered down! Worst service at a McDonald's I've seen, but then again this is why we don't eat at any Lima McDonald's, no pride in making their customers food always just slop slop slop! Sad part is this doesn't happen in Bluffton Findlay or even Michigan when we travel, why can't Lima mcds be better? Take some price in your work, you so realize the customer pays your wages correct??!!

Bad service has finally outweighed convenience. Nearly everytime drive order, you have to ask for napkins. This last time, my mobile order took 30mins. Even after going inside, waited around 10 minutes. Management told me they were under staffed, but watching car after car leave the drive thru, I do not believe that was the case. 6pc nugget meal was my order.

The franchisee needs to reevaluate the management here. I have never walked into a McDonalds and been so put off by how the employees were acting. I was ordering lunch at the kiosk and an employee (female) was yelling into the kitchen letting one of the employees (I believe it was the actual shift manager) know that her “husband, the one that didn’t beat her” was there to pick her up. So incredibly unprofessional and the noice from the kitchen was ridiculous. We waited 10 minutes for our food with hardly any other customers in the restaurant or the drive thru.

Ordered a plain double cheeseburger for my grandson. I refuse to eat their garbage. I specially said plain, nothing on it except cheese. Burger came with all the condiments. Inconvenienced at having to return and show them the order that said cheese only. Again, reading is fundamental and following instructions is important too.

Waited almost 20 mins for a black coffee and double cheese that never materialized I shouldn't have to flag ppl down and ask for my food it should just come in a reasonable amount of time. 7pm

First off I hate complaining, however here goes. We ordered food from kiosk, restaurant was not busy. We heard lots of laughing and plying around. Our food sat on the counter in the back for 10 minutes before we decided to go check and see if it was ours. It was! They’re like OH we’re sorry about that. We unwrapped our food. It was ice cold. We took it back. They looked at us like we were zombies. The food was not correct when we received the remake. They want these raises yet don’t work. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. If I owned the restaurant, I would’ve fired everybody including the Manager and shut the doors for the night and rehired the following day. Absolutely unacceptable.
