Needs work on customer service including managers. Went in to pick up a mobile order and was told my phone had to be within 3 miles of the store when it was just across the parking lot. So they had me walk over the grab it and then tried to make me leave AGAIN because they tried telling me it was for grieve through and the app doesnt give codes for pickup at the counter. Even after I literally showed them on my phone even with a little counter symbol. On top the food was cold and the drinks were half full.

I'm not sure who the woman at the second drive thru window is or what her problem is, but how about before getting rude with a customer, you make sure you are doing your job correctly. She tried to hand me another customers order so I held up my hand and told her it isnt my order. She then asked me if I even ordered my food to that mcdonalds cuz they didnt have it. So i said, yeah, i even have a receipt and the woman on the speaker said my name. Another woman came over and picked up my order, the bag THAT WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER and had her hand it to me. Watch who you are getting an attitude with and learn how to read and do your job correctly. You have the easiest job on the planet. But to be fair, that was definitely minimum wage behavior.

Edit: also, I asked for this to be plain, made fresh, no bun, and it is cold, definitely not fresh, and they put it in a container with a bunch of lettuce. Cant even get an order correct.

Attempted to go threw the drive thru waiting for order to be taken for almost 10 min they started to take order then told us to wait and never finished. We told them we were leaving as they dealt with 1 car with multiple orders and coupons. While this happened 8 other cars drove off as well.

I actually just stopped in to use the restroom, but I wish I’d never did. That bathroom is the worst bathroom I’ve ever stepped foot in. And I work at Taco Bell in management so you should know that I’ve seen some disturbing bathrooms. Sadly, I had to go bad. I didn’t even touch the toilet seat when I went. I went to go wash my hands and almost had a heart attack. Literally blood in the sink holy crap so I go tell the girl that’s wearing a yellow bright vest that was already picking up trays in the lobby and she literally told me she cleaned that bathroom 15 minutes ago.. I opened my mouth wide and was like no you didn’t not your boss. I’m not trying to tell you what to do, but you’re full of crap. That bathroom hasn’t been clean in a week. Was just trying to give a heads up About what I found in the bathroom. Women, diapers, full to the top at least six diapers in there, Not to mention and open bloody panty liner sitting right beside the toilet and two dirty underwear y’all need to take a shower, Lima do better I’m back in McDonald on market st, and the bathrooms look even worse than before. I have pictures and videos. Nasty store, and the manager was yelling a some older homeless people in the lobby. So sad to see.

Me and two other cars were told to pull aside for our orders waiting almost ten minutes to get my order. While waiting, another car was told to pull aside. Service here is getting pretty bad. Employees never say sorry for your wait, or a simple have a nice day! I guess those times are long gone.😒

Ordering through the app should make the whole ordering and pick up experience easier except for this specific location I guess. Definitely will stop ordering from this location due to repeated mess ups. Completely screwed up my order and screwed me out of money.

Nothing big I just went through the drive-through and was skipped twice in a twist lane order drive-through!. Food was OK but the orange juice is very watered down. It’s orange. It’s just barely any taste to it and I’m really disappointed on that especially because of how much they charge for them.!

This location has 5 cats pulled up its 1:45 pm and no cats in drive thru. They never have the promo…why do all Jerry Lewis McDonald’s have you pull up to cheat times. Corporate needs to get rid of franchises. They are never compliant. With dress code Safe quality food handling. Just shut it down I am done going to this one

Order breakfast on the app almost every morning. Staff is great. Especially Mindy. She is always cheerful and upbeat. Employees like Mindy is why I return to the Elida Rd location for breakfast.
