As a weekly customer, I think that the food Would be improved if 1) selection were more varied (had same selection last three times) and 2) some sized selections were reduced (Salisbury steak is sized to be only meat in a meal. For customers that like sampling pieces are too large.). Also, have heard considering game section. Suggest that south end be considered for this. North end is better for eating and games would be close to bar

Food tastes amazing. Although I saw the owners wife while working taking care of her infant, go to the bathroom with her baby, on her phone then go carve the prime rib. Sooo idk how sanitary that is.

The building is very nice and the inside is very large and spread out. With that being said that is the ONLY thing nice about this place. The bathrooms were very tiny; I barely had enough room to get my wheelchair in and out to use the bathroom. The underneath of the bathroom sink was absolutely disgusting! The food bar itself had very little food. Barely any meats and was maybe only 4 ft long and that's being generous. They had one cake and some cookies and ice cream for dessert and a very scarce salad bar. We paid for our drink and left. We will never be back. 10000% do not recommend!

I've been missing Indian cuisine since I moved here from the west coast. One of my absolute favorite foods. Luckily I stumbled into fantastic Indian food at Old Barn! Anyone that hasn't tried it before or has but didn't know we have it right here in Lima should check it out. The people there are really nice. The buffet is always good and well stocked, salad bar, entre's, sides and deserts. I'll be there for the Indian food probably every week!!

We went around 1pm on Friday and it was so quiet. Barely anyone there. And our server was awesome. And Really great food. You can tell it’s homemade everything. They also have fried chicken, baked mac n cheese, green beans, bread pudding and lots more.
If you use google maps follow the lights all the way back until you see the place. We almost didn’t and just left. Glad we went!

My partner and I attended on Thursday 14th Aug for dinner, I have to say the food was sub standard, at one point there was a family came in and no staff anywhere, I had to go find staff [ who were in the back on phones ) to tell them they had customers ,the staff children were running around , not enjoyable while you are trying to have dinner.
So sad to say will not be dining here again.

The selection on the buffet is half of what it was before being sold. The gravy is a brown watery paste, the mystery meats with veggies smelled horrible, chicken was breaded great but dry as can be inside. As for the desserts there was a fee freezer to table pies and a soft serve machine with a bottle of Hershey syrup. Save your money this place is nothing like the restaurant you may remember from the past. My parents and I decided this was the last chance they get, the new ownership has ruined this place.

The buffet is the main draw and it was well worth it for a Saturday evening prime rib. I thought the price was worth it for that reason. The desserts were included which was soft serve. There is a limited sandwich menu for those who don’t want a buffet. I look forward to going back again!

I wanted to message private, but no option for that. Brought our family out after a funeral today. I know it was after the lunch rush round 2:30. I am so sorry to say it was absolutely gross hot food buffet. The salad bar was the best part. I asked for more pickled eggs. Never got them. I did see some come out 30 minutes later. I would hate to see this place place go downhill or close. My suggestion is, if your restaurant can't supply good quality hot food on a buffet all day. then do dot serve your left over scraps until the swap over to dinner. All 10 of us were so disappointed in the quality of food. Leaving full plates to go into the trash. We are fine paying full price but chewy chicken, rock hard rolls, Luke warm sides that not only looked unappetizing but tasted bad as well. It was stuffy and overly warm in the restaurant too. I understand how hard it is to keep a place that size cool. if you charge full price we should get quality food. This is mot about the $170 bill. I hope your manager understands this is coming from a place to help your restaurant and not a rant to get anything free or discounts. Don't kill the old barn because people will quit coming. Shut the place down after lunch rush or dont offer a gross old buffet food. A big disappointment to say the least.

Visiting from Fl, 6/29/25. Went to the barn, the four of us. Never been so disappointed. No taste to the food except chicken was ok, gravy like water, the scrambled eggs which were like saw dust, oh even the omelette station was manned by a young kid who was told to put very little meat or vegetables in each one. I couldn’t stomach very much. Our two grandsons & families also joined us. For us four with the gratuity included was $ 86.13.
