Chicken salad sandwich pick 2 was kind of pathetic, hardly any chicken salad in it. My husband got the chipotle chicken avo melt and it was good 4/5.

Ordered 3 bagels. When we got them they were barely toasted and cold. Had to ask them to re-toast them. Butter that was given came out of the freezer it seemed. How are you to spread that on a bagel. So we asked the kitchen if they could butter them for us as you would think they would have butter back there for sandwich orders etc but we were pointed to a microwave to use. Well if they took a minute to think , the butter packets have foil on the top of them and can’t be put in the microwave so I needed a plate. I spent 5 min scraping hard blocks of butter out onto a plate to microwave them so that they were spreadable for the bagel. By the time I got done that, the bagels were cold. You have to ask yourself why on earth does a restaurant that serves people have a microwave for customers to use ?! As we were leaving my 10 yr old son pointed out the Panera commitment sign which states that they take pride in serving fresh great food to customers liking. If I would have had my phone I would have taken a photo and attached it. I think you need to rethink your vision statement.

Ordered my food and the lady ringing it up messed up my order so they tried making me pay 2 times for something I already paid for. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They even admitted to messing up and still tried making me pay again.

Walked in at 10:30am to buy a single bagel with cream cheese and there was a getleman buying some bakery goods. Megan the catering coordinator is telling her whole life story to this guy while im standing there waiting to buy my bagel. The guy paid for his food and got his receipt and the two are just standing there talking while LOOKING AT ME. I walked out and they were still talking. Unprofessional and ridiculous. Your life story isnt that important and other people were in line.

Stopped by Panera while passing through Lima, OH. Upon entering the restaurant, I was shocked by how unkept the property was. Trash was overflowing from the exterior trash cans, the dining room had several tables that needed wiped down, the floor needed vacuuming, & the bathroom had a lightbulb that was flickering very fast.. Never seen a Panera present themselves this way. Did not dine in, ordered & left. Service was great, food was good.

We travel alot for my husband's job so the Panera Bread places we go to are all pretty stellar... Great service & great staff..Plus the smell of fresh bread is pretty dope too.
