Very rude. We came at 8:52 heading back to Toledo which I knew was close to closing. Ordered two things right away and got order by 9:00. However the entire time the employee making the food was heckling my daughters “what time do we close, 9:00, clock right” very passive aggressive and literally threw the food at my daughters when it was done. Really disappointed I left them a tip at all. We ordered it to go and was out of the restaurant by 9:02. To top it off, we didn’t even get all our food. Skipping this location in the future.

I enjoyed the Tuscan Asiago Bagel. This place does have good sandwiches. The sweets miss the mark tho. I'm sure new customers would appreciate some direction of where their food will come out.

The food was good. The brat was very, very hard and the portion size. Very very small for the price

All I can say is yikes, the experience was totally ruined for me watching all of them cough all over the kitchen and the one girl with greasy black hair who was using the sandwich oven wiped her nose with the palm of her hand and went right back to work while the rest congregated in the dining room loudly messing around, I quickly learned not to order a bread bowl because they barely cut out the bowl and there were 5 small spoonfuls of soup in it so I had to buy a separate bowl, anyways I think hygiene should be a higher priority here, yuck
The chicken sandwich I was served smelt like a landfill snd gave me food poisoning for 2 days.

Ordered two hot lattes in the drive thru. Took quite a long time to get the order and drinks were lukewarm.

Very misleading order taker, signs on wall misleading, tiny sandwich with minimal filling, very very expensive for what you got. Never go back.

My buddy and I like to meet at Panera to work on committee business. We can bring our tablets and get work done in an accepting atmosphere. This last time, I had tomato soup and grilled cheese and they were both terrific. The soup was creamy and non-acidic and the grilled cheese was appropriately gooey and the thick artisan bread was perfect. I also appreciate the patience and knowledge of the cashier, who explained the ingredients and choices, and looked up my rewards. Thanks for the free pastry!

I went through the drive thru about 4:15 pm asked for a plain classic toasted bagel with cream cheese. Not blueberry or everything and a large citrus punch. I got no receipt and literally a plain bagel. Called spoke with Maddie and then while waiting on manger I heard a click and phone call was disconnected. The girls in drive thru were very short and rude while trying to order and during hand out. This was on 11/7/24
