I'm was a fan of PaPa Johns & I always tip my delivery drivers very well (at minimum $10 & gotta say... when I order through papa john website site and door dash driver shows up, pisses me off. Watch my delivery driver go from Cable rd (papa johns) then clear into the city going west on lathem & then toward my way in Elida. I literally live by the mall...which is less than a few minutes away from papa johns. My husband works seconds so Friday night is pizza night here for the kids & I since he takes the car to work. Whoever thought having door dash deliver was a great idea, needs fired. Im done with papa johns & will take my business elsewhere. EVERY SINGLE TIME...food is barely warm. At least when papa johns used to actually deliver, our food was steaming hot, almost like fresh out the oven. #STOPDOORDASHDELIVERY

This is how my pizza was delivered through door dash.. when I ordered through official Papa John's website ! Papa John's said I would have to contact door dash for my tip back even though it was not through door dash that I ordered.. I highly recommend against ordering from this store!

Absolutely the worst pizza joint in Lima, told pizza would be ready in 30 minutes and 1 hour later we got an over cooked piece of cardboard. Employees bitching and complaining because they were busy. Won't recommend or be back. Should just close this location

I am from out of town, just finished working a 14 hour day. Got back to the hotel and decided to order a pizza and jump in the shower. Called this lovely place. Who informed me I was outside of their “delivery range” I’m at the Howard Johnson hotel. 5 miles away.

I ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza but my pizza crust did not have any cheese in it. My boyfriend let them know about the mistake and was told that yes the pizza did have cheese in the crust. Simply sorry if there was a mistake but I can't do anything about it now would have been acceptable but to be told there was cheese in the crust when there was none is insulting. I won't be ordering again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We ordered at 7:28 on a Saturday throught the Papa Johns website not DoorDash. DoorDash ended up delivering our order at 9:14 when it was supposed to be delivered at 8:52 per DoorDash. When we got out food it was cold. My husband called Papa Johns on Cable Rd and the manager called him a liar and said there was no way that was true then she hung up on him. She is very unprofessional and doesn't need to be working ncustomer serivice.

I am the GM of another restaurant and have been in the food industry for 18 years. I normally am not the type to complain because most times I can understand from a restaurant to restaurant level, as opposed to the average public. I want to give an honest review because I know how important it is to get genuine feedback so you can fix the process from the top. Sometimes as management (no matter how vigilant you are) you can't catch all things. The pizza was not good at all. The "Fan favorite" epic garlic stuffed crust was severely undercooked and verrrry flimsy pizza. Super greasy and not edible, and in my professional opinion, I will highly suggest not to get that style crust. Stick to the original crust pizza. Let's be real, the original crust is the fan favorite if you like papa johns. I was hoping for much better pizza especially since prices are insane because of the economy we live in. Super unfortunate experience and I hope management/ownership actually reads this review and takes it seriously because I feel as though whatever cooks you had making pizza tonight needs to pay more attention to detail.
