Stopped in today at 8am , no white or maple filled sticks . So I ordered other donuts and a pup cup for my dog . It happens I guess . Then went to pay and handed her a $100 bill and the lady said we don’t expect those . How can you be in biz and not except a $100.00 . So I paid and she handed me my donuts with no pup cup . I asked where it was . Her response was ya I didn’t make it because I don’t know how . So I explained it to her a donut hole w whip cream in a cup . She goes and gets a full size take out box . Puts a donut in and then comes to window oh we don’t have whip cream ! Get home and open the box of donuts and it looked like a blind person iced the donuts .She wasn’t friendly at all. Not the service I usually get at Pats .

Excellent, Excellent EXCELLENT. I recommend EVERYTHING. Amazing family own place with tadty treats. I passed through from out of town and SERIOUSLY considered driving back from Kentucky to get more of these tasty doughy morsels.....

Not a place to go back. Service was kind but the look and taste of the goodies sold here were way below average, an expensive low quality snack if you consider the skills needed to decently glaze a donut .Not an enjoyable place to sit and eat.

My daughter and I went in here as a stop on a road trip. We heard about it through somebody on TikTok. They really do have delicious donuts, and friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone who has to go past here on a road trip.

I ordered a pizza today. Now for a donut shop to make pizzas u wouldn’t think it would be all that great. Well let me just say that this was the best pizza I have had in forever. And I have tried most all o them in Lima. Pat’s is definitely gonna be the only place I get my pizza from now on!!!!!!

Wow. Been coming to Pats for many years and we got some filled sticks at this location that were half the size of the Elida road one. Still paid full price. This is my favorite doughnut place just no value in such a small doughnut one was 4 inches by 2 . My kids laughed because they have never seen them that small from Pat’s

I want to support small businesses as long as they arent greedy and have good practices. This location REFUSED my US cash(very sad), said boss won't let her accept it. Also told me I had to use my card (which they charge you to use) and I asked to discount the charge since she was making me use my card vs my cash and she said he won't let me do that either. I told her to tell her boss he wasn't very smart denying cash but accepting plastic and charging the consumer more really didnt sit right to me, its a shame really. If I didn't have kids expecting them I would have left and went to Casey's gas station or Mellow Creme for donuts instead!

After reading reviews seems past 2 years pats has fallen off and depending on what day you go in it's either cash that day and the next could be credit cards only....who knows! lol

I was visiting Lima OH for the weekend and our son told us about Pat’s Donuts and Kreme.
I can’t say it enough but Pat’s has The BEST ?donuts EVER! ❤️Honestly and truly the most delicious donuts I’ve ever had. You cannot skip this gem ? of a place and I strongly encourage you to try them. I cannot forget the sweet, kind woman ?that took my order and her coworker (young man) too. They also were on top of their game and their customer service was on point.
If only Pat’s delivered!

Definitely deserves alot more stars. Omg so delicious. Especially their buckeye donut. Very nice caring people. Even worth the hour I drive.
