Stopped in today at 8am , no white or maple filled sticks . So I ordered other donuts and a pup cup for my dog . It happens I guess . Then went to pay and handed her a $100 bill and the lady said we don’t expect those . How can you be in biz and not except a $100.00 . So I paid and she handed me my donuts with no pup cup . I asked where it was . Her response was ya I didn’t make it because I don’t know how . So I explained it to her a donut hole w whip cream in a cup . She goes and gets a full size take out box . Puts a donut in and then comes to window oh we don’t have whip cream ! Get home and open the box of donuts and it looked like a blind person iced the donuts .She wasn’t friendly at all. Not the service I usually get at Pats .

If I could give a zero I would, not only were we charged wrong for ice cream, the staff was extremely rude the first person to come up to us was a young man who had airpods in while trying to talk to us and when I told him we needed a minute he smacked his lips gave us a dirty look and said "so what do you want ?" He was extremely rude. There was also a girl in the kitchen who gave us and the customers around us dirty looks. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had here. I understand they're young but manners is an all age thing.

Missing half the order. Items received missing contents. This is the Elida Road location. I want to add, this was NOT a door dash issue. When I called Pats, the kid working said they forgot to give the second bag. His solution for the mistake was for me to just reorder the food from door dash again. I said I am not paying again. He said Oh well. This doesn't excuse the chef salad for not having cheese or dressing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I have placed an order it’s always been a terrible experience but tonight especially was it for us. We will no longer order from here. My husband placed an order around 9:30 for some cheesy garlic bread and 2 subs. They told him the wait would be 25 min. He waited 30 and drove to get it and when he got there they gave him the cheesy garlic bread but claimed they “dropped the subs” and ask him if he wanted to wait while they remade them. He agreed and they said it would be 15 min and they would bring them out. He sat outside for 25 min and then went in and they claimed they just got them in the oven it was going to be another 15 min. He finally got the food and got home to learn that the subs wasn’t fresh for them to have “remade” them. The bread was all smashed and the sandwiches were just thrown together. It kinda almost looked as if they gave us the subs they trashed that they dropped after they were smashed and thrown away. So I called and asked for them to remake our order and the girl on the phone apologized and claimed she knew nothing about it and would remake the entire order to give her 20 mins. My husband drove back and gave them back the food and they claimed they didn’t know they needed to remake the whole order so he was going to have to wait additional time so they could remake it. He waited over another hour. From the time we placed our order till we actually got our food was over 3 hours!!

I ordered a pizza today. Now for a donut shop to make pizzas u wouldn’t think it would be all that great. Well let me just say that this was the best pizza I have had in forever. And I have tried most all o them in Lima. Pat’s is definitely gonna be the only place I get my pizza from now on!!!!!!
