A big let down. I heard a lot of employees say how good Pats Donuts & Kreme was. Stopped at the one on Cable Rd, bought a dozen of mixed donuts. They looked amazing, but they were not for my husband and I. Perhaps the ones on Elida Rd or Harding Hgwy is better. I feel they need to focus on improving the fillings and frostings. Example, a peanut butter donut filling peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, whip cream. Topping, peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, dash salt.

Donuts are usually always good, got a hot chocolate a couple weeks ago and it was really good got another one today and it was water not very happy about this need to get your employees to be more consistent and make sure that they do the food properly.

Never had an issue till today, cheesy garlic bread showed up burnt both sides, threw it away. Absolutely no reason to send it out you could smell it was burnt before we opened the box.

Yup, great donuts. However, I don't eat there very often as during 2021 there were so many Stickers up blaming the sugar issue on the current President-which to be fair everyone needing sugar felt the pinch and I didn't see them whining about it, or being negative! Like, it's a food shop. Sounds like it was poor management practices, and I would doubt to see stickers up blaming our current President for the food costs! I wouldn't want to anyway, I do brush up on politics but this nonsense is not that. I just want to get a donut, and that stuff is in poor taste. I've broken down and gotten one order since, and the staff is always nice and the place looks well kept. Just can't get the taste of that unnecessary nasty out of my mouth. I know several locations had similar things up, so after seeing it many times I just decided to spend my money elsewhere.

99% of the time I retrieve a doughnut from somewhere, I can only eat half of it because it's too dry or two sweet. Pats however? - I can eat a dozen to myself
