Could hardly hear or understand the cashier, i came in before 3 other people and got served last. one door dash guy got the wrong food and had it corrected. i got my food drove back home and realized that the same dude from the cash register just put whatever he wanted in the bag. nobody was in a good mood or could atleast act like they cared to be there. $20 for nothin

Got a steak and cheese sub. It, and the fries, were tasty. The meat was mostly clumped in one area of the bread. I had to spread it around. The place looked clean. Service was straight faced non emotional.

I love Penn Station but our experience tonight was not great. We ordered fries and had to ask for them. Tried to get our money back but there was no manager so they couldn't do it. Frustrating!!! 2 guys stood around talking while the other was trying to finish the orders. Not happy

My sub was made horribly! I paid for extra meat and cheese they didn’t add it and it looked like dog food! I do not recommend ordering online especially when your on your way to work or in a hurry!

Service was very poor today, not familiar with this restaurant so I wasn’t sure how to order, got no help from staff so my food came out looking plain and nothing like the picture of what I wanted, staff didn’t even ring up my complete order and when I tried to pay for what was missing they argued with me saying if I’m telling them I missed it then I should’ve already paid for it. Cookies were good at least :/ won’t be going back, definitely not worth the high prices they’re charging
