Previously, I had rated Pizza Hut with 5 star review, until today. I had ordered a large meat lovers pan and 8 piece honey bbq boneless wings with a side of ranch. The employee asked my name instead of my number, which I noted, but didn't think much about it. He told me the order would be $30. Plus change. Said give them 15-20 minutes. Great. Drive up and a car is at the drive up window ahead of us. No worries. We waited and waited. A man walked across the parking lot from Happy Daz, drink in hand and got into the car ahead of us. When entering the car he moved a PIZZA HUT red delivery bag to enter the car. Again, we waited. Finally a guy brings them a couple of pizzas and 2 wing boxes from the delivery window. No money exchanged hands. Next, he leaves the window and retrieves a 2 liter Mt. Dew. hands it to the driver. They talk a bit longer and FINALLY pull away and park in the lot next door. When I drive up to the window, same guy, asked my name, gave him my last name, then my 1st name, then my phone number. He said...we don't have your food. You probably called the wrong pizza hut. I showed him my phone. Then said: we have trouble with call in orders. Sorry, we don't have your food. Im DONE!

I order from here all the time. Idk who the manager on nights is but I waited for an hr to get cold food sent it back to remake and I had to go and pick it up to eat FRESH FAST FOOD

Called in on my birthday, right before they closed. I spoke to a gentleman named Jordan who was awesome!!! Told me all the specials , im not going to lie I was kinda tipsy and Jordan was very patient with me. Thanks Jorden!
The manager Xavier,meat up my transaction long story short the pizza gets here and the receipt shows that I had paid with a cash which I paid with credit card now the problem was it came to 23$, well there was a problem though on his part with the transaction how to cancel the order some kind of mistake he made And a problem was with me he wanted to can't he said that my money would return to my card in 24 to 48 hours well I had a $1.22 left in my account and he wanted to rerun my card which I tried to explain to him several times that I had a $1.22 left on my card Long story short driver came with a pizza and we had to call him because she's asking me for money for the pizza when I paid with the credit card so that took more time up we call Xavier the manager up on bellefontaine road here in Lima Ohio I'm on the phone literally for 20 minutes that the pizzas in the car trying to figure out you know the transaction The ending so the Indian results was he told me there was nothing he could do about it that he'd have to take back the order and I said sir I said isn't there something that you can do since this wasn't my fault and he tells me well there's there's physically nothing wrong with the pizza I tell him are you serious we've been on the phone for 20 minutes talking about the transaction dimension I'm out in the cold in the driver's car listen to death so took the order back I said sir since this wasn't my fault is there anything that you can do to satisfy me on your mistake and thought that you made and all the things that came with his faults.. he said there was nothing that he could do for me and he said it pridefully I just want to say that he basically wasted all this time with me .....as a dedicated pizza place ,which is not as long as he manages.not only you know having to make the call and then the 45-minute delivery and then another 20 minutes no maybe 30, Sad part is I'm sitting here no pizza wasted all this time he Xavier the manager on bellefontaine road in Lima Ohio couldn't even compensate or do anything to help me dedicated customer Pizza Hut he said that he was the higher up there was no one higher than him and I'm positive that whoever's higher than Xavier the manager wouldn't be happy with this at all I never post or complain but I am on this one because this is messed up God be with him say that in amigo terrible post but you said there was nothing he could do and I totally disagree that he could have done something something satisfy me and I'm very dissatisfied and I will not that store oh wait like I understand people make mistakes but like he's just was very prideful is also very rude arrogant and his attitude sucks

Ordered two medium pizzas and paid extra for toppings.. it got delivered and it was just a cheese pizza. I called and she said they would remake it and have it out right away.. well it’s been over a hour and still no pizza.

This place used to be the best Pizza Hut in the area. Now you are waiting 25-30 minutes longer than promised, quality isn't good, service is often with an attitude, and the prices just make it not worth it anymore. Last time I ordered they lied to me and said it'd be five more minutes (waited 15 minutes and then was told they never even made the order). This time I ordered I arrived and was told two minutes (lied to again) and then told 15 minutes later they were cutting my Pizza then waited another 15 minutes. Wasting my time and I'm not doing that anymore. Pizza Hut just isn't what it used to be. Support a local pizza place instead and be done with this place.
