Ordered delivery, pizza, salad and breadsticks. Driver did not bring the salad, so he went back to get. Still waiting, been 30 minutes and we live 5 minutes away. Pizza was dry as a bone. Will be our last time going there.

Recently went through and was given pizza with outdated ingredients, called and complained. The person answered and said that they had fresh ingredients and said that I was the only complaint that night. Said they would leave a message for the manager. Never going back!

Worst place ever... Kept trying over and over hoping they would get it right and not only can you not get a person on the phone and when they answer they hang up on you but guaranteed if your food does finally get delivered you are missing half of it... Worst place in Lima Period. If there was a way to give negative stars I would have.

Pizza an wings were luke warm because they forgot to put bread sticks in till after pizza an wings were done! Accuracy goes a long way in food service! To make it right the whole order should have been remade or a discount issued

We often order from here. The person at window rushed us after acting clueless when given name on order. Then get home and the pizza is still doughy. They forgot the garlic butter ordered and then asked to look in my box. Like I was lying.

I waited more than an hour for my door dash order while I was waiting I saw one of the girls in the staff that was working vaping while making orders which is unacceptable at all they can’t even monitor their staff, is this what goes on in their store?

I ordered pizza and wings I did not get my wings and they have been keeping on hold for 30 minutes or more ridiculous.
Ordered directly from Pizza Hut and door dash delivered (which went fine) until I didn’t get all of my food. Called the driver, he said it was never given to him. Tried to call the building but was on hold for 20 minutes just waiting on someone to answer their phone. Finally decided to go in because we’re out 10 bucks at this point. Before I can even finish my sentence manager says “I got a bunch of new people who don’t know what they’re doing”. Finished explaining the problem and he said “well I know I gave him the sticks and we don’t even carry cheese sauce anymore”. When I asked about a refund on the cheese he said that only the general manager could do returns so we were out the money but they did remake cheese sticks after I asked what could be done for us. Whole staff has a very piss poor attitude while we were in there. He acted like it was our fault that we wanted our money back for the $4 in cheese sauce we ordered.

Pizza shows up not even warm, probably because the Uber driver (ordered directly from Pizza Hut) was 30 mins late and spent at least the last ten minutes driving up and down my road regardless of me trying to flag him down. Pizza Hut can't reach the very people they contract to deliver so calling was no help. This place has gone downhill, might as well shutter it up.

I got pizza hut and it took over 2 hours to deliver. then it was cold and smashed, we called and they hung up on me. After, The manager was a complete asshole and refused to remake it. eventually we got it remade and it was much better. Tonight i got it again and once again. the toppings weee not extra like i paid and the delivery driver took 30 minutes to deliver it from the estimated time of arrival. we got confirmation he left the pizza hut and it should only take 8-10 minutes. it was cut in a triangle pretty much and toppings where not even like half pineapple half pepperoni but instead it was more 75 percent one and 25 percent the other. TERIBBLE SERGIVE

2 simple pizzas . 50 minute wait. Ordered ahead even . Middle of the afternoon. Lazy and incompetent workers. Go ANYWHERE else or don’t eat. Oh and of course- no apologies for the wait. Surprise surprise
