We ordered delivery, large pizza and 2 Cinnabons. Pizza was worst we have ever had, dough ike cardboard, Cinnabon not done and dough. We spent over 46.00. When I contacted customer support they only offered to replace pizza. I refused to accept that and they disconnected the chat.

Good food hot and fresh. Very rude employees. The delivery driver parks in the only handicap parking place. I said something and they told me to mind my own business I was there about 29 mins waiting on my food not one time did I see anyone wash their hands. I watched them take money the go make a pizza . A little concerning.

Genuinely some of the worst service I've gotten from people, I've gotten wrong pizzas from them time after time and constantly have to call and ask them to remake it. I just can't understand how someone doesn't think so much when doing a simple taste it's really unbelievable. Pizza is good though when it's right.

Was a long time customer. WAS. On the 21st of May I ordered a taco pizza . Was missing items on pizza when delivered. I called the store and was asked if I wanted another one sent out. I said yes but I waited an hour for it . When new pizza arrived still not what I ordered. I was assured I would get a refund after I talked to Adrianna who apparently was the manger. She told me I would receive my refund within 5 to 7 business days.
I have called and tried to email the past couple of days to let Adrianna know I did not receive the refund. No response from my emails and she apparently is not there or just left when l call .
Never again . I was super polite about the situation too. You lost a monthly customer.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Waited and additional 23 minutes past the promised time and not one pizza was correct. I called 3 times to get things fixed and once transferred to the local store I was disconnected once and sat on hold over 10 minutes the other 2 times. And the pizzas were horrible quality.

Ordered delivery, pizza, salad and breadsticks. Driver did not bring the salad, so he went back to get. Still waiting, been 30 minutes and we live 5 minutes away. Pizza was dry as a bone. Will be our last time going there.
