Genuinely some of the worst service I've gotten from people, I've gotten wrong pizzas from them time after time and constantly have to call and ask them to remake it. I just can't understand how someone doesn't think so much when doing a simple taste it's really unbelievable. Pizza is good though when it's right.
I want to say thank you thank you thank you so much to the managervJeff and his entire staff tonight for taking care of a few requests that were Sentimental to me and meant so much so that I could get my friend fed, and let him know he was loved. I live in a different state and had a friend reach out, asking if I could send him a pizza, after 3 days of not eating and finally breaking down to ask for help.Thank you guys for caring and doing the little things.
I give the Cable Rd location in Lima,Oh 5 stars not the company. I've never had a problem at this specific location and the food has always been great. I've always been greated by very courteous and friendly employees, keep up the good work.
