The customer service was 5 stars but the food was kind of lacking. It wasn’t terrible but not the best. We ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and Chicken Alfredo for take out.

Took forever to even get someone to come over and take our drink order. The service was criminally slow. Had to go find our own silverware and never got refills. We were served a plate at a time, with 15-20minutes between each. Half of us were done eating before the other half had even been served. We ended up getting their’s to go. Waited well over an hour and a half for two Gordon breaded fish pieces and cold fries. Cant recommend.

We stopped in on Friday night. The place wasn't that busy but it took 1/2 hr to have a waitress come over and then 15 minutes brought our drinks ( iced teas). Then another 1/2 and no one. We just paid for the drinks ( she said it was on her , Thank You). I think if you aren't a regular there they don't want to wait on you.

My food was a smaller portion than my friends even though we all ordered the same size of sub AND it was burnt. The entire bottom of my sub was black. Our sever also kept staring at me to the point it was creepy and giving me dirty looks for no reason? The only good thing about this place was the fact that restrooms were clean.
I don't know about the rest of their food, but if you want a sub just go to subway or jimmy johns instead.

Went here about an hour ago, had the nicest lady serve me…hope she realized I left her a tip in cash at the counter not on the credit card. Anyway, THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN LIMA! The sauce is something you would crave! Finally we found a pizza place, I have tried them all since we moved to Lima…and I thought for sure I will have to start ordering off of Goldbelly…nope…found our spot!!
I won't be going to Rigali's anymore. I paid $5.49 for a wilted salad that didn't come with tomatoes or cucumbers.

Lasagna was floating in grease. The salad was nice though. They need to pay closer attention to detail when cooking. No they don’t have to be Gordon Ramsey but make sure the food is nice before serving .

Best pasta dinners in Lima. Better than New Casa Lu Al Rigalis Dinners. Sauce is the best, Italian suasage to die for, Itailan subs unbeatable.
