Absolutely horrible service waited forever for my drink and wasn’t even busy, they take care of Drive-Thru before anyone else, people in there have no personality won’t come back to this one again

The only issue I have isn’t with the quality of the food. It’s that the person who put the pastries in the bags uses the same tongs as they use for their breakfast meat sandwiches. I don’t want to taste ham juice on my iced lemon loaf.

Ordered a tall breve with an extra shot and a sandwich. Didn't taste the coffee until 10 minutes down the road. Had some sort of sugary flavor sweetener added.

my wife ordered a caramel macchiato and when the girl handed out the drink she called it out but then there was a confused conversation inside and out came my drink. Pretty sure the girl added Caramel by mistake and they knowingly handed out an incorrectly made drink.

I hate sugar in coffee.

35 min wait for 2 americanos. They did not advise me of this until I’d waited 15 mins & asked. I get that they were busy but prioritizing drive-thru patrons over walk-ins sucks. Got a refund, bye-bye Starbucks

Payed 6 bucks for a chilled coffee and got more ice than coffee. 30% coffee, 70%ice.
Better off making your own coffee, don't come here.

I have frequented Starbucks pretty often, and I’m usually patient and forgiving when it’s rush hour. I ordered 10 minutes ahead and I got my drinks pretty soon after arriving, but I was still waiting for my food. I saw something that resembled my food order when I walked in, but it was in the drive thru area so I didn’t say anything. Well, 10 minutes passes by so I figured it’d be appropriate to say something. Lo and behold my food was sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold while 8 staff people couldn’t give enough of a damn to check on it. Even other customers pointed out their drink orders that were also misplaced in the drive thru area. And you wonder why you have a store full of people waiting on you.

I religiously door dash from this location and I constantly have issues with it! I'm fed up and done ordering. I understand things happen, we are humans. But it's becoming a daily occurrence. lazy! doesn't read the whole order!!

What a bummer all around, especially as someone who goes to Starbucks daily.

Iced coffee was sour and watered down.

In person service was not a priority, even though there were at least 8 employees, all avoiding eye contact. I watched about a dozen drive thru oven orders go in before mine, taking over 20 minutes.

Drove a few miles to another location and got actual iced coffee and better service.
