My husband and I go here often. The service and food, and usually the atmosphere, are top notch. They’re constantly cleaning, and things are always stocked. However, we drove up tonight to go in, but left without even getting out of the car. There was a man on one of the two comfortable chairs, his feet up/hanging over the side of the chair, fast asleep. We’ve seen some homeless people in there before, but the workers are great about it, and they don’t tend to stay long. But asleep and practically laying down? Too much. We feel that this diminishes what is otherwise a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. Very disappointed. This rating is for that instance only. Otherwise they’d deserve 5 stars.

Service was terrible, Teenage boy at the window seemed very unpleased and pissed to be there and if you can’t work fast food or handle taking orders then don’t do it.

Teenage guy at drive-through just acted annoyed when taking my order and when I pulled up to the window didn’t even greet me or say have a nice day just handed drinks out and slammed the window

Got an iced pecan crunch oatmilk latte. Got to the window they made it hot. They fixed it but the lady that handed it to me was rude. It wasn't made correctly and after she asked me if I wanted a staw she put it back and closed the window no nothing. I had to wipe the cup off with it dripping she was rude because I also asked for napkins. On top of all that for almost 7 dollars id like my drink made the way it's supposed to not how they want because they dont wanna do their full job.

It is bad location but perfect atmosphere inside. The team good and nice. There is big line in drive thru but rhey still doing fast. Inside musics are good. Tables clean and large sitting area. They deserved 5 star with smiling face and clean area.

I'm from an Era where customer service is a PRIORITY for their business. NOT THIS PLACE! You're lucky to get your order I in a timely manner with a smile or even a Thank You. Have video to prove my words!
