Came through the drive thru and ordered my drink had to be redone 3xs after telling multiple times no cream as I’m lactose intolerant. They also had to remake my friends drink 2xs…..then we waited forever to get our drinks made. So disappointed with you guys, will never come back here again.

I must always hit non-peak indoor hours, just a few folks most of the time. Excellent service, very friendly staff. They make the effort to get to know you, and your order. But if you only order food item(s) in the App, give yourself extra to wait for it.

I have now visited there twice and on both occasions had to take my drink back and have it remade. The service is very very very very very very slow. On Saturday evening I waited at the window in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to get my drink properly made

I ordered online. They never welcomed me. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher with lite ice. Unfortunately, it was lots of ice. It had a pink color but tasted like plain lemonade. Quite frankly, I am very disappointed.

I’ve given this location several chances to get it right but every time something is incomplete or incorrect. This time it was my drink and food. My matcha had no sweetener, though I paid for it to, and my cake pop is not the right flavor.

Horrible! Got this morning at 7:30 am. Ordered a sugar cookie Venti hot latte. When I got to work I took a sip and it was pure water!!! No flavor!! Total waste of time and money!

They were “30 minutes behind” when we tried to order drinks inside. The barista said the drive thru would be faster option. Overall unimpressed.

Went there for sandwich and coffee and handed the lady 50 dollar bill. She asked if I had anything smaller. I replied no but I can go down the road and break and be back.. she took the bill and handed me my change and said just so you know we cannot take this bill anymore and it's are policy. I said if I'm doing something wrong by paying for food and coffee then I'll go somewhere else. It's a 50 dollar bill not a 100 dollar bill.. my change was 2 twenties and 2 one's. She had short black hair and extremely rude . She won't see any money from anymore. I just don't have time to be looked down on. Stay positive stay blessed and there's always another place that will be more than happy to assist you with your coffee needs 😊
