I love your coffee, but literally the service is so slow. I ordered my coffee before I left my house. I have to wait in line 15 minutes just for them to tell me They don’t have my coffee and instead of a refund, they gave me gift cards, Didn’t even ask if I wanted it back on my card or not. The girl is super nice, but dang gotta do better

I came in with a group of people and was greeted with smiles and great service.the whole atmosphere was inviting and warm. The workers did an excellent job on our drinks and got them in the nick of time. A truly great experience

We have been to this location many times. It has never taken less than half an our to get my simple drink that should take less than a minute to make. Everyone in the store were also upset because of the wait as well.

I usually love Starbucks seasonal drinks, but the Sugar Cookie Latte I got today was honestly terrible. Instead of tasting sweet or festive, it had this weird grassy, almost herbal flavor that completely ruined it. I tried a few sips hoping it would get better, but nope — just straight-up grass vibes. For the price, I expected something enjoyable, not something that tastes like it was steeped in a lawn. Really disappointed. Not ordering this again.

beautiful seats and futuristic bathroom vibe. i felt like i was in a 2089 bathroom with that hand dryer it was so lit like literally blue light lit. the lady was super nice and fast and the bathroom was super clean the toilet i could lick and not get the plague. townsmen in the 1300s would be so jealous. the venti strawberry açaí lemonade refresher was so bussin but it didn’t compare to the customer service only wheelchair accessible bathrooms. bussin soap. it tasted like the strawberry açaí drink i added it to the drink to make it exquisite. baby changing table was super comfortable especially for a slumber party. toe-curling, mouth watering, face melting, kidney clenching, teeth pulling, placenta separating strawberry soap.

Ordered the egg white feta wrap and you can tell it was not freshly made . It was limp and soggy as if it was just heated up. Very disappointing and I will not order food from there again
Came through the drive thru and ordered my drink had to be redone 3xs after telling multiple times no cream as I’m lactose intolerant. They also had to remake my friends drink 2xs…..then we waited forever to get our drinks made. So disappointed with you guys, will never come back here again.

I must always hit non-peak indoor hours, just a few folks most of the time. Excellent service, very friendly staff. They make the effort to get to know you, and your order. But if you only order food item(s) in the App, give yourself extra to wait for it.
