A note to management,
Please retrain your staff on the correct way to mix drinks. Today, I asked for a venti iced shaken espresso with 5 additional pumps of vanilla syrup and made with ristretto. It took your staff three attempts and still did not get the recipe correct. Next time, I'll go the extra mile to Tim Hortons

This locarion needs serious help. Waited over 30 minutes for one iced chai at 3:30 PM and ended up getting refunded because they still had several orders ahead of mine. It would have been faster to drive to the other side of town and back.

Last 4 times I’ve gone here, I’ve been extremely disappointed. The pumpkin tastes weird and different and sometimes the creamer or milk in my drinks taste spoiled! Today I got a pumpkin latte in the morning and I’ve been sick to my stomach since! This is not my regular Starbucks I’m used to:(

Longest I've ever waited for a drink. Was told I had to wait because others put in mobile orders.

I won't ever be back. My drink was paid for just the same as any app orders. I had to say something to get them to make my drink. 25 minutes later I finally got it. What a horrible policy.

The first few times I went to this location the service and quality were great but in the past few months something has changed. I totally understand them being understaffed and it being tough to have quick service but many times I don't know why it takes so long when there's so many employees behind the counter.

I always order on the app at least 10 minutes ahead and every time I feel like I get scolded for not ordering further ahead. One time recently I ordered 30 minutes ahead of me going to the store and they told me I should've ordered even earlier because they didn't have my drink ready. They usually ask your name and your drink order multiple times during the visit and seem really frustrated. The estimated wait time on the app is not usually correct and I typically end up waiting at least 15 minutes more than it expects. It's hard to be so patient when I'm paying almost $8 anytime I get a drink and I feel like I'm getting a lecture for even ordering; I almost feel like it's my fault that I bought a drink. It's not unusual for them to forget to put things in my drink that I'm paying extra for. Many times when I've gotten a bad drink I won't take it back to be re-made because I don't want to frustrate anyone. I do my best not to be negative but this place has time and time again been disappointing. Hoping to have a more pleasant visit sometime soon!

I come in every single morning to this location. I prefer this one over the Harding hwy location because of the convenience of their parking lot and their fast service. They are super friendly and greet me by name. ? They go above and beyond to insure the drinks they make are exactly as they are ordered. I always recommend this location. Thank you for making my mornings easy.

This is a great spot to hang out if it's for leasure or business. Staff is very professional and kind. The food is good and the coffee is great. I would also recommend that if coming multiple times to get the app to get stars for free drinks and other things

I pay $7 for a cup of coffee and the last three times they didn’t even make it right! Call the store no answer! Mobile ordered two drinks today and both are wrong! And it was an hr wait!

My first time at the Starbucks, then I get a Starbucks once a week out of town and this is the first time I’ve ever seen. My drink looks so terrible and not even mixed. And I normally never leave reviews, but somebody has to teach these kids how to make drinks! I took it home and mixed it up myself, and there was black clumps in the very bottom, even after mixing it and blending it with ice, it tasted completely terrible. Very very disappointed. If I could get my money back, I would but I will never get a coffee here again I’d rather drive 2 1/2 hours in order one than ever get a nasty drink from this place again. How in the world do you put five scoops of Matcha in a drink and not even blended up and have all the syrup at the bottom she gave me a straw. What am I supposed to do that? Suck up the syrup and clump Matcha at the bottom?

FOOD POISIONING & EXPIRED MILK!!!!!The moment i finished my grande caramel latte, i started violently throwing up, then got the worst fever of my life. This Starbucks gave me horrible food poisoning!!! Avoid coming here unless you want expired milk & dirty coffee.
