This is the best Subway in Lima, OH. The workers are friendly, efficient, patience, and kind. Our subs are always correct and freshly made. We are always greeted with kindness from the workers when picking up a mobile order. I highly recommend this location over any of the other Subway’s in Lima, OH.

Ordered from DoorDash. I ordered a multi grain wheat chicken teriyaki 12” sub. I got stale white bread and frozen chicken. I tried to call the store and no one answered. After sitting on hold for 10 min, they hung up on me.
Lady wouldn't let us order because we wanted 4 subs on 2 separate orders, stopped talking to us, and wouldn't talk to us. I'm not sure exactly what was going on, but it's unprofessional.

There very rude and refused to take out the airpod to hear me ordering me food they messed up the whole order and than threw my food in the bag and than ripped me off 5.00 and said they gave me the correct change after spending 40.00 never going back there again the worst and dirtiest place i ever been to

got a cold cut combo, which comes with ham, salami, and bologna. all i asked was for less onions and to add mayo, and they ended up not putting cheese on it and only bologna or something. then my partner and i got a churro, which was stale, dry, and had no flavor? just a bad experience, never gonna go to this location again lol. total waste of money
