Every time you come here. There standing around on the phones. Drive thru has been down for 2 months. Place never has no business. I would think the owner would look into his revenue but who knows

Decided to use the app to order the BOGO special. They told me to pick it up at 1:05 p.m. when I got there they did not have my order ready and said they could make it but charge me full price because it did not come through the app. They had already charged me 12:05 and would not return my money

Only issue I really saw was the floor was in Dire need of being mopped. The floor was sticky near the trashcan like soda had been spilled and not cleaned up. The sub I ordered was good.

Horrible, employees! Started to frequent this Subway because of the younger employees they had that were doing a good job, with making sandwiches. Very much older crew working on this fine Saturday, led by employee Lisa. Sandwich makers very rude. Wouldn't advise coming. It could ruin your day and the sandwiches were sub par. There is alot of other restaurants in the area. Jimmy John's, Panera Bread. May spend a little more money but good service and a consistent sandwich.

our order was wrong, all the phone numbers for the east gate store are wrong so we just had to eat the food we were given or drive back into town and wait for the right food.
