Staff seemed extremely rushed but moved even slower. Total time it took to have 3 standard subs made was 16 minutes. They were out of stock of Parmesan and cheese sauce at prep table. They were out of stock of the footlong pretzel and Dr Pepper as well. By the time I got home my toasted subs were room temp, I only live 3 minutes away

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS!Unfortunately once was enough to never go back here skimpy ingredients on subs and this location is hit or miss when they are open or when it's supposed to be but yet is closed with no warning. Don't trust their hours because they change almost daily. You may get lucky and this location will be open but honestly you'd have better luck winning the lottery than seeing them open during the hours they say they are. But somehow they are still in business?Go into Cridersville if you want subway that's actually open and takes coupons, rewards with awesome staff and management since this location seems like they refuse to honor anything and can be rude.

Owners are kinda rude and rushy. They put stuff on your sub you don’t ask for. But the normal staff are all sweet people expecially katelyn she always had a smile on her face. But the owner kept asking are you done after i just put one veggie on my sub before i even had time to ask for another with no one else in line.

I dread wanting a sandwich from this shop, the guy behind the counter shouts ingredients at you from the moment you’re in line. That would be fine if he also then listened to what you wanted.This dude is just making a sandwich of his own vibe. I asked for pepperjack, he puts on American. I asked for a couple of peppers- he smashes a handful in there. Requested light mayo, he grabs regular and dabs it on, gobs of mustard… I asked for salt & pepper and he sprinkles oregano over it.The lady at the register is so sweet tho
