Ordered a num 6. It’s so refreshing to go through the drive-through and receive such polite and respectful service. (2 years ago, 2023)
It is July 24th, 2025 and I have never been more scared someone messed up my order. What happened here??? Also I was trying to be really understanding since it’s customer service but was met with nothing but disappointment lol. Maybe I’ll come back in 5 years. After checking out the other reviews it went straight in the trash lol.

Placed a pickup order, it was kind of big $30 order; It was missing two of the items but when I called to let them know what I was missing, they had me come back through the drive through and they gave me my two missing items free of charge.

FREAKING NASTY....I went through the drive-through, and when the woman opened the window, the weed smell smacked me in the face!!! It was overwhelming... It was seeping out of the entire Taco bell, and everything in my bag, especially the napkins, smelled like straight weed. The woman was very kind, but I'd bet everything that every employee there was high.
Is it too much to ask that my food isnt around or smelling like weed? I don't judge or care about what people do on their own time, but isn't that against sanitation laws? It's just disgusting and immoral for a food business!
