Placed a pickup order, it was kind of big $30 order; It was missing two of the items but when I called to let them know what I was missing, they had me come back through the drive through and they gave me my two missing items free of charge.

Placed a mobile order. Burrito was forgotten. Drove all the way back for forgotten burrito and they were nice enough to give us the paid for burrito. A little appreciation would have been nice considering the travel.

Came in around 8:30 on a Friday. They were busy. Ordered in person, great service. Ordered a beefy melt burrito but added like 4 or 5 things extras, so easy to mix up in all the chaos. And they missed to things.They made the first order fast, and the right one even faster.But not only that, was probably the best burrito I'd had from a taco bell.Hats off to the crew
