I refuse to use a kiosk to place an order. Until such time as I receive an employee discount, I won't be doing an employees job. I didn't and wouldn't go in the building because of them.

Go through drive through and only one in line get asked to pull to parking lot because they are waiting on hashbrowns. Said i will just wait here unless someone comes behind me. The answer was no you can't because it hurts our time to serve you. Guess corporate doesn't care about your stores being quick and appreciates manipulation of numbers. As a manger in my company I would be furious at manipulation like this.

I went to the Harding Hwy location on 1/6 at 8:55pm. My order number was 333 at kiosk 2. Before I get to the service complaint, let me mention the kiosk allowed me to purchase a Doritos Gordita crunch and a Baja blast, despite the fact that the location did have have either of those two items. My complaint is that I was ordering for myself and my wife. My wife is pregnant and has specific cravings, so I check the order before I leave because certain things trigger her to vomit. One of those things is lettuce. I ordered an item without lettuce and they didnāt honor the customization. I explained my wife hates lettuce and apologized that I wanted it remade. The shift lead remade it without issue. As I was walking out of the restaurant I heard the shift lead tell a line worker āhe said his wife hates lettuceā and the line worker, a female voice, replied loudly enough I could hear it from the door āhis wife can lick my ass.ā Now, Iām not one to make a scene, so I decided to collect my thoughts and file several complaints on any platform I can find today. I can handle people making mistakes. People making mistakes and then choosing to, instead of holding themselves accountable, insult a customerās pregnant wife. Thatās absurd, and I hope that girl loses her job.
Placed an order through the mobile app and went to pick it up through the drive through. Well the woman at the window got rude and threw a bag of food in the car at my mom and the food wasnāt even ours. We went inside to pick up the correct order and they said we will have to wait. 30 minutes later I got my food and as I was leaving, I saw roaches on the floor.

We had just went through the drive thru and the guy that was taking our order was very rude and impatient. The guy that has taken our order had a tattoo of a taco bell on his are. His name on the receipt was David Elliot.

Waited at counter for 15 minutes not one employee came to serve. Don't know if they had a shift manager but if they did NOT doing a great job. Finally just walked out. š©
