The food has a strange almost inedible smell. The taco and burrito tortillas are quite often stale. I expect just a little bit more from them. Especially since this location has been recently renovated. it is also not that cheap to eat here. I spent $15 on some mediocre food for one person.

I am calling cooperate on this pacific location after this phone call about a accidental mess up order from earlier, which happens and is not a big deal, but a specific MANAGER and not the first one I spoke with over the phone, the second one was RUDE, LOUDLEY spoken with a poor tone towards me and her and I WILL not and DO not appreciate poor customer service. I am in the industry with one of my jobs out of two and she WILL be addressed. There is no reason for acting like a primitive individual. Be professional as you address situations. Thank God this particular individual is not in child care our school systems. Perhaps a job over the phone at home or not working with people would be a better fit for her. She DOES NOT NEED TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. I will not let this go after this I am pushing this forward as much as I can and will.

I lost my appetite and no longer wanted the food I ordered once. I saw the general manager Marcia yell at an employee so much about undermining her authority. It was rude, very disrespectful, and I felt bad about the situation and I wasn't even a part of it. I was just witnessing it. That is not the first time I've been to this Taco Bell and heard her yell. But it will be the last time I go to this taco. Though she is rude to her employees and customers, she has no right being in customer service. The amount of times I've been to this Taco Bell and only had a good experience when she wasn't there. Should be all that is needed to be said.

They actually got my tacos right. I always ask for no lettuce, but for some reason they seem to think that means no tomato also. Tonight they made it perfect and I had 2 coupons for free tacos from previous visit where I had to wait for a long time because they just changed the fyer oil. Unfortunately they didn't have any fries. Not sure if they just didn't have any or they are again off the menu. Just keep them full time already.

I’m tired of the breakfast salsa police lady working in the morning. EVERY other Taco Bell in town has them in the lobby but she guards them with her life. One time I ordered on the app and didn’t order any salsa and she said to order it on the app. Ok I did next time and never get the amount I order. I ask her about it today and she explodes. She also gives some of my other coworkers problems as well with it. I’m tired of dealing with her when I’m just trying to enjoy my food. Just look at the other reviews she’s rude to others as well. TIRED OF IT!

I’m not certain who is in their managerial position, but I was harshly judged while I was there mainly off the grounds on whether or not I click the dine in or take out button on the kiosk and was disrespected throughout my meal and customer had a problem with their mealwas disregarded completely and treated like they were an inconvenience

The one older lady was very rude and said I couldn’t pick up both dashes I had from there. But the other Taco Bell on N West Street is way better and you can pick up 2 at a time. She needs to check herself on how she talks to customers. You will not be getting my service from there again.
