The staffing here is fantastic. It’s 11:48pm on 12/4/25 … it’s late and and I’m sure it sucked when I walked it to order, but they was welcome and friendly, the food is always good at Taco Bell. On and by they way this place was sparkling clean

Came by the drive-through I ordered the avocado crispy burrito add Frank’s red hot no avocado no red hot got all the way home called asked to be put on a list just for the one item off my order and the manager was like come up here remake it. I’m all the way home gave me a attitude thanks chloe

The food has a strange almost inedible smell. The taco and burrito tortillas are quite often stale. I expect just a little bit more from them. Especially since this location has been recently renovated. it is also not that cheap to eat here. I spent $15 on some mediocre food for one person.

I am calling cooperate on this pacific location after this phone call about a accidental mess up order from earlier, which happens and is not a big deal, but a specific MANAGER and not the first one I spoke with over the phone, the second one was RUDE, LOUDLEY spoken with a poor tone towards me and her and I WILL not and DO not appreciate poor customer service. I am in the industry with one of my jobs out of two and she WILL be addressed. There is no reason for acting like a primitive individual. Be professional as you address situations. Thank God this particular individual is not in child care our school systems. Perhaps a job over the phone at home or not working with people would be a better fit for her. She DOES NOT NEED TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. I will not let this go after this I am pushing this forward as much as I can and will.
