Don't know how their food was. Went for breakfast on West St. No longer serve breakfast. Sign was on breakfast items on the menu and someone in the store. She answered the intercom said no breakfast. We don't open till 11 for lumch.. it was 900 am.

I have never received an accurate order here…not in person and even giving them time with ordering from the app! Always missing something or something is not accurate! How hard is it to double check orders? This place needs a MANAGER! Otherwise just close!

Do not go close to midnight or after, they only take doordash or mobile app orders. Three cars in front of me and we all went to burger King. Definitely not what I wanted, but it's whatever. I mean, some of us don't like having to use an app for everything.
I keep forgetting this location is pretty terrible. Elida or Allentown is the best in Lima.

The food at this store is good and consistent; I have had no problems with the food… The Customer Service in the Lobby is terrible. They don’t have their accurate hours posted on the doors and they expect you (the customer) to know their hours… The sign on the door says open until 2:00am and the doors are unlocked- Practically wide open. And when they are in the wrong and you point that out- A lot of unnecessary rude attitude is used in their voice. I am never coming here again.

Literally the only taco bell we will eat at in Lima. Never had a problem and everything is always clean and food is fresh.
Went through the drive thru. Got 3 hard shell tacos. Very fresh.

Honestly, going to this Taco Bell and not getting your food messed up is a rarity. They claim it to be a training store, but clearly you’re not training right if my food is always messed up. I once even had a remake for a previously messed up order and the remake was messed up. Would recommend the other three Taco Bell’s in Lima and not this one.
