Free parking easy check in. The facility is in good shape. No upgrades available sold out. The room was quiet however the refrigerator was full of food and drinks from previous guests bagged that up had to find a trash can downstairs to throw it all away. Small pool and workout area. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
I checked in online and ticked to clean my room every day and stayed three nights without service to the room. I think hotels are using ‘post covid’ to be simply lazy. Breakfast ok but takes a while and costs $15-20 with a coffee for a standard that is below what’s included next door Stay next door ! Rob
They use to have really food! Now it's just pizza and wings..
I'm a little underwhelmed with this hotel. There is a certain expectation that comes with a Courtyard that this location did not meet. There was some grime and filth around the room - crust in the fridge, crumbs on the floor, dirt marks on the sofa. I'm a little surprised. The lobby was super nice and clean.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel pool not in use, no breakfast was available had to wait on front desk if you needed anything even with covid 19 I think this hotel could have done much better job of staff and cleaning
It’s a Courtyard in COVID times but much worse. No lobby coffee, no bistro, no pool, no gym. As for this particular place, add no attempt at any level of actual service or cleanliness. It did make for the check-in process (‘here’s your key’ with no further introduction) incredibly fast, though. There are no COVID signs or stickers saying they went to any cleaning effort (though that may be a local thing). The layers of dust on the ceiling and fire sprinklers confirm this is a long-term issue. Room layout is the old setup with the tv being behind the closet. WiFi stopped working after 8 pm. They kept the cheap in-room coffee but ditched the Gideon Bibles. I would say it was a infection risk decision but the bathroom had no shower soap and a half-roll of TP, so that’s not it. Overall someone should call the health department.
This Courtyard is in a convenient location off the highway, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the spacious room and the big, comfortable love seat, as well as the large walk-in shower. The bathroom amenities - a shampoo and one mini bar of soap - are not as generous as what I have received at similarly priced Marriott properties, but that was fine for my one-night stay.
I stayed there for business. My room was the normal color scheme for a marriott. The shower was nice, I prefer the walk in showers. I stayed in a King Suite. The room smelled and looked clean. The front staff was exceptional.
We stayed at the Courtyard in Lima back in October while we were in town for a wedding. It’s conveniently located very close to interstate 75 and lots of dining options. The hotel appears to be newer. The room had a microwave and fridge, which was convenient. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Despite the water being freezing, our kids loved swimming in the pool; however, there is no hot tub to enjoy after getting out of the freezing pool. There is no free continental breakfast at this hotel, which is a downside, but there is a little cafe. There was only one person working it by herself on Sunday morning, so the wait was quite long. They serve Starbucks drinks though, so that was nice.
