I would highly recommend this place. My son was traveling in Ohio and on Saturday he went to the Met with a coworker to have dinner and I called to see if the staff could make him feel extra special as it was his birthday. Wow they did. I spoke to Peggy who was so kind thoughtful and very caring. Her and Amber made it happen and my son was in shock and was smiling from ear to ear. Service like that is something to write home about. If you get a chance to visit be sure you see Peggy and Amber. Many blessings to Peggy and Amber.

We love the Met! We come here for almost every date night. Also, Destiny is awesome! She's so positive and even gave us a little tour of the restaurant and told us all about the history of the building.

We’ve eaten here 4 times now in the past 5 months.Atmosphere is comfortable and the dining room is charming.Food could be excellent but at least 1-2 items we order ALWAYS arrive at the table luke warm. Usually it’s the fries but we’ve also been served cold flatbread and hamburgers.Sure we can send the food back but what a hassle. Why can’t the kitchen and servers just get it right the first time?Seems they don’t have enough servers to get the food to the table hot which is a shame but that seems to be part of the post-COVID reality at The Met.We’l give The Met one more chance to get it right.Dining out is just too expensive to waste money on cold food.

Heard great things about this place. Unfortunately, my experience was not. I had a brisket sandwich, fries, and a cup of French onion soup. The fries were good. The sandwich was OK, but the bbq sauce was too much, wasn't a fan. The French onion soup was awful, the cheese was burnt, partially black, the bread taste off, the onions were mush. The kicker was, 3 hours later, let's just say the food didn't agree with me and didn't stay down. I was sadly dissapointed with the whole experience due to this. The staff and ambiance were nice.
