Their hashbrowns are crispy perfection, (usually). They pair great with their classic coffee. Breakfast combo is a must-try! Hashbrowns also add the finishing touch to a good breakfast sandwich. Their specialty coffees are a game-changer. Service is sometimes good and sometimes not so good.

Came in for some Timbits and a coffee. The latte was alright, not particularly great but just average. The timbits, however, felt stale and just a little old. The price point was impressive, but everything I’d ordered just felt ‘alright’.

I received burned old coffee, and my drink is extremely odd tasting. The manager who took our order started taking a drive thru order right in the middle of us ordering without finishing our order while we stood in front of her . It was rude and confusing. Just not happy with the experience I had at this location.

My husband went through the drive through and ordered lunch, including two sausage English muffins. He returned home to see that the sandwiches were missing sausage. Literally just egg and cheese. Well, one sandwich had a 1/2" sliver of bacon on it. He called the store to inform them. Whomever he talked to was extremely rude. Accused him of lying, said she made it herself and he will not be replacing them. My husband was nothing but respectful but this woman was yelling at him. This is ridiculous. The order was over $30. Her attitude was ridiculous! She hung up on my husband!!

Every time I order a smoothie I am told they can’t make it. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was pure sugar and not frozen just a bit icey. No lemonade flavor at all. I did enjoy the ham and cheese sandwich.

The young lady who made our ice cream was less than friendly. I am sorry that we were such an inconvenience for her to serve. She made 3 out of our 4 orders overflowing and acted put out when we asked for lids. They started to melt all over since she filled them so full. We then asked for spoons..pretty sure those come with ice cream ?♀️ she picks up the spoon container and sets it down rather harshly and says they are right here. Oh, okay, why thank you for your wonderful service, Cold Stone ? with the braid. Not to mention that we had a $5 coupon that we wanted to use, but she looked like a deer in headlights when we wanted to use that...told us we could only use it on the app. And by this time, we didn't really care if that was true or not ... because it was so overwhelming pleasant to be in her sweet, heart-warming presence. Sorry I couldn't find any cash to tip you. Hope you feel better tomorrow Stone ? with the Braid!!
Don't order pick up orders. They can't cancel them and tell you to cancel. Once canceled I was told I can only get a refund from the in store employees who tell me they can't do anything...so I'm out money..
