Placed an order here for pickup for 11:02am order id: 44714459904018. Smoothie tasted like ice and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and they gave me the chipotle one instead. Other people in my group also ordered the same sandwich and also got the wrong sandwich. I didn't have time to go back because I was in a hurry. There's no way to get refunded through the app and I don't live near this location.

Shared a Pomogranate n Strawberry Smoothie with my wife.A bit pricy($7.00)but the taste and texture was amazing.Clean place and pleasant atmosphere. Service a bit slow and staff had no smiles nor a welcoming reception.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food to go. They forgot a my Baja wrap to go. I didn't notice until I got all the way home. I probably waisted over 5 dollars in gas in the process. I got there and asked if it would be possible to get a 5 dollar gift card or something to compensate me for my gas. This cocky 16 year old blonde girl got real loud and started stating they couldn't do anything at all because their manager wasn't there. Then another girl behind the counter offered me a cookie. I didn't want a cookie then the 16 year old started getting loud again. I left and will be contacting a manager tomorrow. She proceeded to cuss me out after her mistake then I asked for my tip back because I gave over 5 dollars and she said you're not getting it back and bragged about that I went into her pocket. Unreal experience. I'll update the review when I get a response for the manager in the morning. She doesn't deserve to be employed if she can't talk to people with respect

When I was drinking my smoothie a piece of plastic bag came out and I almost choked on it, very disappointed doesn’t seem like a very sanitary place
my boyfriend has gotten a wide variety of everything from here and he’s now gotten food poisoning twice from here! he would eat it on an empty stomach and almost instantly it’s coming up! the first time it happed was from one of the buffalo chicken panini sandwiches and this past time was from the nonfat yogurt bowls and the peanut butter shake! completely disappointed and disgusted! will not be going back, either food is not being rotated correctly or food is not being cooked properly for human safety!

I always get the yogurt bowl, my personal favorite is the mixed berry greek yogurt bowl and I add banana to it. I love how fresh the fruit is, the granola isn't soggy, it feels so healthy too, and the portioning is perfect. I highly recommend this location.

Ever since this place opened i’ve had nothing but great service and food! all the workers are nice and easy to talk to when ordering. Even when it’s busy they’re getting orders out at a steady pace. Never have had an issue ordering online and in-store, and the smoothies/food are always made perfect. I usually do mobile orders for the convenience and it’s always ready on the shelf. The kiwi quencher and chicken pesto wrap is my go to. Respectable manager as well!Parking js sparse since the lot is also shared by Jimmy John’s, but i’ve personally never had an issue finding a spot even when it was busy.
Dietary restrictions: You can remove dairy or replace it
Parking: Not many spots to park, it also shares the same parking lot as Jimmy John’s so it makes it difficult at certain times during the day.
