I ordered through the app because I was sick. My order was supposed to be ready by 3:40, It's 4:01 and still not done. When I called asking about it they said oh we will make it now! Crap service! Spending over $50 at this place is ridiculous with that service! Im disgusted!

Placed an order here for pickup for 11:02am order id: 44714459904018. Smoothie tasted like ice and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and they gave me the chipotle one instead. Other people in my group also ordered the same sandwich and also got the wrong sandwich. I didn't have time to go back because I was in a hurry. There's no way to get refunded through the app and I don't live near this location.

It's usually good here everytime but I showed up 10 minutes til close and they had already shut down the machines so I couldn't oder any food. You just lost probably $50 in sales tonight with what I was going to order!

Shared a Pomogranate n Strawberry Smoothie with my wife.A bit pricy($7.00)but the taste and texture was amazing.Clean place and pleasant atmosphere. Service a bit slow and staff had no smiles nor a welcoming reception.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food to go. They forgot a my Baja wrap to go. I didn't notice until I got all the way home. I probably waisted over 5 dollars in gas in the process. I got there and asked if it would be possible to get a 5 dollar gift card or something to compensate me for my gas. This cocky 16 year old blonde girl got real loud and started stating they couldn't do anything at all because their manager wasn't there. Then another girl behind the counter offered me a cookie. I didn't want a cookie then the 16 year old started getting loud again. I left and will be contacting a manager tomorrow. She proceeded to cuss me out after her mistake then I asked for my tip back because I gave over 5 dollars and she said you're not getting it back and bragged about that I went into her pocket. Unreal experience. I'll update the review when I get a response for the manager in the morning. She doesn't deserve to be employed if she can't talk to people with respect

My online order said it was going to be ready at 1:19 and I walked out of there at 1:30, late for work. All the workers gawked at me while I walked in instead of making my food. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
