I really liked victors in Massillon when they first opened. However, theyāve gone downhill. I donāt know if itās low staff or what it may be. Weāve received the wrong items several times, and today there was a bug in our food. Overall the food is normally good, but the service is just not great. We went back and they did give us a new one, but kind of surprised they didnāt offer a refund.

We stopped by to grab lunch and wow. Amazing food and great people. We got a cheese and bean burrito, birria tacos and a burrito taco dinner. The burritos are massive and delicious. My favorite was the birria tacos hubby enjoyed the all the tacos! Absolutely recommend this place!

Great tacos and enchiladas. Absolutely loved the Salsa Verde sauce! Everything was so fresh including the Pico di gallo. Definitely worth a visit

I Love this place! My daughter told me about it a few months ago. Iāve been a frequent flyer ever since. Their street tacos and churros are amazing! Not only is it really good, but they have very fair prices. They remember us and what we order.

I used Victors Tacos to cater a taco bar for a wedding. Top top top notch. TONS of food. All tasty and hot. All sorts of sauces and large portions of rice and beans. The staff brought an extra tray of meat as well. They set everything up very quickly.Nicely done and very reasonably priced!!!!
Bad customer service and food taste plane. Taco Bell has better food than this place. This place will close this time next year. Just like the other 2 restaurants that were there over the last few years.

Never had a problem at Victors Taco Shop until my last time there. Something was wrong with their machine & they ended up swiping my card three times and I ended up being charged twice! The āmanagerā was called to fix the situation but she showed up & said āthose are declined transactions, itās not our problem itās your problem & you need to call your bankā. Need mind you I had ALREADY called my bank & they said to take it up with the merchant because they did indeed charge my card twice! When she refused to fix the charge I told her I wanted refunded & she had the audacity to say āIām not doing that, go home & warm it up or donāt eat it.ā Refund was never given! Had to dispute the charges with my bank. Make sure to check your cards before leaving the establishment & even then they wonāt do anything about it. SMH
