I like the Frostys. The taco salad is not like it used to be and burgers cost a lot everywhere. But other than that, the food is always what you expect

My daughter and I were at a concert until around 11pm and decided to head to Wendy’s since we knew they were open late. We got in line around 11:30pm and there were a few cars ahead of us in the drive thru line. We sat in the line for over 30 minutes, as it seemed like they would take an order and then make the next person in line wait until that order was actually done before they would take the next one. We saw an employee VERY SLOWLY cleaning the dining room & 2-3 other employees standing outside taking out trash and overall just goofing off. One employee in the back storage room was drinking water in a water bottle with no concern to the long line of customers, several cars who had jumped out of line because of the ridiculous time it was taking. No wonder the drive thru took so long if only 1-2 people were manning the super busy drive-thru.
We got our food & went to our hotel & found a taco salad WITHOUT ANY MEAT ON TOP & NO DRESSING anywhere……so just a bowl of lettuce, shredded cheese, & tomatoes. There was no spoon for the chili either.

I would get these guys some help for sure, food was decent but they did not know what theu we're doing. I saw 5 people behind the counter working but it seemed like there was 2 people there. Waited 20 minutes to order then another 35 minutes for my food. Smh. They really weren't even that busy, they won't have to worry about being only somewhat busy for long if they keep this service up I've never seen a fast food place so disorganized and slow..

Was very disappointed because as soon as we walked up to the counter we were told that they were out of cheese. Something I've never heard of before so it didnt sit well with me. So we chose to go to a different restaurant.
Out of fries at 11:00 am? They said they will be out for the rest of the day. 🤔 Not the friendliest service.

I was literally in the drive thru line at 2pm on 8/7 and I waited over five min for them to take my order I had to beep my horn and the girl answered and said her headset was off poor Customer service

We stood in lIne for 15 min. Had orders sitting there waiting to be fixed. I got the Wednesday meal supposed to be regular nuggest they were spicy. Tore me up. Hubs got the hot sandwich. He said was dry. My frys were cold they just sat there wasn't going back up there. Finally got our order after 30 min. No more for me.

Went inside to order food because the drive thru line was super long, waited over 20 minutes for 1 kids meal and a 10 pc nugget. Managers and staff were fighting and arguing. Went to get sweet tea it was out, hi c was out to. Also didnt get french fries in the kids meal. Will never go here again.

Outstanding Service from Lewis at Wendy’s in Lima, Ohio (Store #3242)
I had a small issue with my chili order because they were out of large containers, but Lewis went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did he accommodate me without hesitation, but he also brought me extra hot sauce and made sure I had everything I needed.
He was running the register and handling customer service like a true professional. You could tell he genuinely cared about the experience of every guest.
I let the manager know how impressed I was, but I also wanted to leave a public shout-out—Lewis deserves recognition. I was just passing through on my way to Michigan, and the kindness and attentiveness from this team left a lasting impression. Great job, Lewis, and kudos to Store #3242!
