This dining room is filthy. Soda machine is disgusting. No napkins, cup lids or catchup out. Employees seem angry to be alive.

Just stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no service. No one at drive thru, no one in store. Only me there. I heard employees in the back talking, I tried to call for someone and they went silent and I called again. No one came out. Left and saw they were just standing in the doorway behind the store. Terrible chain, at this location.

Walked in on a Sunday evening at 6:30pm. The door was unlocked. Stood there til they noticed us. Employee told us they’re closed inside and only drive thru. I asked how I was supposed to know that considering the door was unlocked. She said that’s for DoorDash to come in. She stood there and stared us until we left. A sign would be nice.

Store is always out of menu items. Went in to get a cheese and bacon potato, got home and it had no bacon. Went in to get a apple pecan chicken salad didn't have the dressing it came with and I didn't get pecans. Asked the cashier if I could get the pecans and she hands me another salad, says they are already on the salad. Both salads had no pecans they come in a separate bag. Ordered coffee that was right behind her. She had to hunt down the manager ( that she couldnt find )to see if she could sell coffee. Ordered my coffee that they had to brew and had to go back to the counter again to ask for it. She said she was waiting for it to brew as I'm looking right at the pot done brewing . I left Wendy's that day feeling like they should have paid me to do their job.

We stopped in for a late night meal. The food was good and fresh and the gentleman at the window was pleasant to talk to. He and another person were running the place on their own due to short staffing. They kept a positive attitude!!

I ordered a frosty which I asked to get half and half and apparently they can’t do that anymore..? I worked at a wendy’s for 3 years and there’s a button on the computer so I know it’s in the system and allowed, unless things have changed. My sister’s potato seemed to be in the warmer too long and had hard skin, and had way too many chives on it. Perhaps to hide how old it was? Not sure.

Waited in line 40 minutes and only behind 2 cars.
Ordered, and again at the window. Hailey at the window didn't ask for payment. 3 people didn't know they were out of sprite or even how to change over the soda tanks. After giving us reordered drinks, asked again what sandwiches we wanted and the chicken tenders.
A few minutes went by and Hailey came to the window and asked if we for our food yet. No I replied. Nor did we get straws for our drinks. Oh ok and there were straws. Window closed and then reopened. Could u pull ahead we just dropped the tenders and that takes 7 minutes.
I pull ahead and we wait again. Good comes and he apologized for our wait, saying he added more tenders. Going thru our food... was not the food we ordered except the tenders. OMG... somebody needs to Open a Wendy's at Eastgate that is worth going to!!
Now I know Why I don't go to Wendy's. Only been to the Eastgate store 1 other time. NOT GOING BACK!!!

I waited in the long drive thru line for an hour just to be told at the speaker that they couldn't take our order at drive thru because they were short staffed. Went and got my kid McDonald's in about 4 minutes. Will not go back to this location.
